Birthday Sundaes

Hi there my crafty friends! Today's card is one I made to play along with Birthday Sundaes. They have a lot of cool birthday challenges and I always look and intend on playing along but something else comes along and I never make the deadline so I am so excited that I finished my card in time this week. Yay!

The challenge this week is a cake/cupcake with birthday wording on the front. Here is what I came up with:

I decided to make a center step card for this challenge. You can find the directions on how to make this type of card here. I cut my cupcake out of Sweet Treats at 2.5"

Card Stock---Melon Mambo and Tempting Turquoise (SU!), White (Georgia Pacific)
Patterned paper---Birthday Extravaganza (The Paper Studio)
Stamp---So Happy For You (SU!)
Ink---Tempting Turquoise (SU!)
Misc.---Offray Ribbon, Trendy Twine, Kaiser Scrapbook Rhinestones, Scallop Sentiment border punch by Fiskars

    Wow I LOVE the papers it all goes together so well! I've never managed to do this challenge either but there are always great ideas. Cool step card, I haven't made a center one before, thanks for inspiring me!
