The more you link up, the better chance you have to win.
Visit Craftin Desert Divas for all the rules and to play along.

Here is what I created for this linky party....
I wanted to make a 3D tag and find a way to incorporate candy onto it.
We all know how I love making projects with candy lol!
I found these cool curly canes and thought it would be perfect for this tag!
I simply added a glue dot onto the candy cane wrapper and adhered it to my tag.
I then popped up my rosette on 3 layers of foam tape so that it would simply rest on top of the cane but be attached to the tag base.

Thanks so much for stopping by and taking a look at my latest creation!
I really appreciate it!
Hope you will Craft It Up & Link It Up!!!
Don't forget to head over to Craftin Desert Diva's to see the amazing tags my wonderfully creative DT sisters came up with :)

Snowflake Gift Box

Hi crafty friends!
Happy Thursday!!
.
This week the Joy's Life Design Team is in the Christmas spirit
and showing you some festive Christmas projects.

I decided to make a little gift box.

I popped my snowflake up with some foam adhesive and covered it with some dazzling diamonds glitter to give it a sparkly effect. I used some white tulle to tie my box closed.
Before I tied it closed, I filled it with some milk chocolates.
I think this will make a super cute little gift for someone.
Maybe a neighbor, teacher, mail person, co worker, etc.

I thought this sentiment from the Oh Christmas Puns stamp set, went perfectly with my glittery snowflake gift box.

I love all the sayings on the

Candy Cornucopia

Hi there!

I decided to make a little cornucopia to hold some candy in.

For my cornucopia, I used a file from the Happy Thanks collection from SVGCuts.com.

I then placed a little wooden and felt leaf embellishment to the center of my bow.

Friends Make Life Sweet

Hi crafty friends!
Happy Thursday!!

This week the Joy's Life Design Team is showing you
projects that have a food theme.

I decided to make a little gift using some chocolate nuggets and a pretzel bag.

All I did was create a holder to slip inside the pretzel bag so that the nuggets stayed in a single line.
Each nugget was wrapped with patterned paper.
I tied off the bag with some Rumple Ribbon and attached my tag to the ribbon using some hemp cord.

I love that greeting from the Yummy Puns stamp set:

On The Table Blog Hop

Happy Saturday!
Welcome to the On The Table Blog Hop!

I'm so glad you could join us today!
If you arrived here from Maria's blog, then you are in the right spot!
If you just happened to stumble across the hop on my blog today and would like to start at the beginning, just hop on over and see Joy @ Joy's Life.

Thanksgiving at our house is very casual and laid back.
Everything is normally set up in the kitchen, a line is formed and after the plates have been filled, we make our way to the table lol! I decided to make these cute little Turkey's to put on the table.
Since it is just the four of us, I didn't feel the need to put our names on them like I would a place card.

I cut my Turkeys out on my silhouette. I made 2 boy turkeys and 2 girl turkeys.

Inside each turkey is a combination of pumpkin pie kisses and caramel kisses. Yum!

I used this sentiment from the It's All Fall Puns stamp set.
Adorable!

There are so many fabulous greetings on the It's All Fall Puns stamp set!
You can see all of Joy's Products by checking out her store HERE

One of my families favorite recipes that I make every Thanksgiving for the past few years is Peanut Butter Cup Pie.
It is soooo good! If you like Peanut Butter cups, then you will love this pie.
*not my original recipe*

Peanut Butter Cup Pie
source: Kraft Food & Family Holiday '09

1 package (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/2 cup plus 1 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter, divided
1 cup cold milk
1 pkg (3.4 oz) Jell-o Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
2 1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip whipped topping, divided
1 Oreo Pie Crust (6 oz.)
3 squares Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate

1. Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup peanut butter until well blended. Add milk and dry pudding mix; beat 2 minutes. Whisk in 1 cup cool whip; spoon into crust. Refrigerate until ready to use.

2. meanwhile, microwave remaining cool whip and chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute. Cool completely.

3. Spread chocolate mixture over pudding layer in crust. Microwave remaining peanut butter in small microwaveable measuring cup or bowl 30 seconds; stir. Drizzle over pie. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

Enjoy!

Scarecrow Fall Home Decor

Rumple Ribbon from Lovebug Creations.

I decided to make a little fall decor item to help decorate my home a little for the upcoming
Thanksgiving holiday.

I just love him!
For my scarecrow I used a file from the Leaves Are Falling kit from SVGCuts.
He was very easy to put together and I had a lot of fun embellishing him.
Of course, he wouldn't be complete without some of that gorgeous

I added some Autumn Spice Rumple Ribbon to the end of his sleeves as well as for his little bandana

and of course, he also needed some for the bottom of his pants to help hold in all his stuffing ;)
