Rainy Day Duck

Happy Wednesday!!

Today I have a cute little shaped card to share with you that I made using my Cricut Explore, a super cute duck from KaDoodle Bug Designs and a sweet little greeting from Scrappy Moms Stamps.

For my card base, I simply welded 2 scallop circle together in design space and then cut it out. I then cut out another scallop circle from patterned paper to hide the fold line of the base. I used a die from We R Memory Keepers for the white cicle layer and then started building the duck. Isn't that little Rainy Day Duck from KaDoodle Bug adorable? I finished it off with a greeting from the For The Birds stamp set from Scrappy Moms Stamps and a little pink twine bow.

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog today and taking a look at my latest creation!
I really appreciate it!

I hope you have a great crafty day!

Graduation Gift Bag

Happy Thursday!!

Today I have a little gift bag to show you that would be perfect to give a little
present to a graduate in.

I used the gift bag punch board from We R Memory Keepers to make my bag. I then used that sweet little girl from the KaDoodle Bug collection called Graduation Day. I used a sentiment from Scrappy Moms Stamps to go along the bottom and finished it off with some sequins. Super cute and was so simple to put together. I think this would even be great for some party goody bags for your guests at a graduation party.

Birthday Card with Washi Banners

Happy Sunday!!

I hope you are having a great weekend!

Today I am here to show you a super sweet birthday card that uses some super fun and bright tapes from Love My Tapes.

For my card, I used that sweet little image from Peachy Keen and colored her with my Copic markers. I also added a bit of Wink Of Stella on the balloon to give it a little sparkle. I wanted to attach some banners going up the side of my card so I simply cut strips of white cardstock and completely covered the length of the strips with 3 different tapes. I then cut each strip down and notched the ends and adhered those little banners/flags to the back of my main card layer and popped everything up with some foam adhesive for some added dimension. Super easy and I think those fun, bright tapes really made my card pop.

Here is a closer look at the tapes that I used on my card:

Trendy Twine Guest Designer Day 3

Happy Sunday and Happy Mother's Day to all of the Mom's out there!
I hope you are having a fabulous day!

Today I'm back for my last day as a guest designer for
I have had so much fun this weekend!
A big Thank You to Lesley for allowing me to be a guest designer:)

For my final project, I went with a Mother's Day theme in honor of today.

First up is my card:

I went with a 4x4 square card. I added a some patterned paper and a white doily edge and then wrapped some of that absolutely gorgeous Watermelon Taffy around and tied it off with a bow. I then popped up that layer onto my card base with some foam adhesive. I added my greeting, tucking the edges under the twine just a bit. I added a rose to the bottom corner and some bling along the edge.

I thought it would be nice to also include some candy so I used the Candy Tin to make a little gift:

I wrapped some of the Watermelon Taffy Trendy Twine around the edge of my patterned paper and also added a fun little bow to my greeting.

Here is a look at the card and the tin together:

Trendy Twine Guest Designer Day 2

Happy Saturday!

Today I am back with my second day for guest designing for Trendy Twine.
Yay!!

With summer approaching quickly, I thought it would be super fun to make a little 3D gift box and fill it with some items to make some S'mores. Whether it is for a camping trip or just a backyard BBQ, S'mores are delicious wherever you are right?? :)

I saw this box from SVG Cuts and fell in love! After I had my box all assembled, I added some Totally White Trendy Twine to my little banner going across the front of the camper and some Totally Pink Trendy Twine all the way around my lid, tied off with a bow.

Of course, I couldn't just stop there. The goodies inside the box needed some wonderful Trendy Twine as well :)

I wrapped the package of grahams and tied off the bag a marshmallows with some more of the Totally White and Totally Pink Trendy Twine.

Trendy Twine Guest Designer!

Happy Friday!
I am a guest designer for Trendy Twine this weekend! Woot Woot!!
Thanks so much Lesley for this opportunity!

For my first project, I decided to make a sweet little birthday card.

For my card, I used that sweet little elephant image from W Plus 9 and colored her with my Copic markers onto a white circle. I stamped some little sprigs of grass and then used some distress inks to fill in the rest of the grass and to color the sky. I added a bit of Wink Of Stella to the balloon to give just a bit of shimmer. You're The Bee's Knees

Happy Thursday!

Today I have a fun little card to show you that features one of those Cutie Katoodles from

I decided to make a circle shaped card by adhering two 5.5" circle together to create my card base. I then added a piece of patterned paper to the top circle and added two more smaller circles. I then cut out that adorable Cutie KaToodles Honey Bear and popped her up with some foam adhesive. I also added some yellow stickles to add some "honey" dripping. I attached a dimensional plastic bee and drew a flight pattern with a sharpie pen. I then attached my greeting underneath her also with some foam adhesive.

Terrific Tuesday Challenge -- Mom

Happy Tuesday!

Are you all ready for a new Terrific Tuesday Challenge over at the Scrappy Moms blog?

Photobucket

The theme for this Terrific Tuesday Challenge is:
All About Mom!

Here is the card that I created for the challenge:

When I saw this cute little window card in the Silhouette Store, I immediately thought of that great sentiment from the For The Birds stamp set to pair up with it. My mom is so incredibly amazing and she is most definitely the wind beneath my winds, so I thought this card would be perfect! I added some bling to the middle of the butterfly as well as in each corner. I also added a few white doodles to the pink scallop window frame and some wink of stella to the blue flourish.

Here is a look at the complete For The Birds stamp set:

You Are Unforgettable!

Happy Sunday!
I hope you have all had a fabulous weekend so far!

Today I get to show you a fun and super cute card that uses some of that awesome tape from

For my card, I completely covered a piece of white cardstock with strips of the Clouds with Love tape. I then adhered that to my card base. No need for patterned paper when you have such cute tape right? I stamped and colored that cute little elephant and balloon from W Plus 9 and then adhered that to my top white cardstock layer. The balloon is popped up with some foam adhesive to give just a little bit of dimension. I also added some Wink Of Stella to the balloon for a little bit of shimmer.

Here is a closer look at the Clouds with Love tape:
