Hi crafty friends!
I hope your day is off to a marvelous start!
Today I am here to share a card sketch with you from the
Stick It Down Challenge Blog.
Stick It Down is a monthly sketch challenge blog. They provide sketches not only for a card once a month, but also for double and single page layouts! Cool right??
The sketches are normally posted on the first of the month with reveals of the design team's interpretations throughout the month . Today I am one of the featured designer's for the month of April so I will be showing you what I created along with the sketch reveals.
Here is a look at the sketch for April 2017:
and here is the card I created based on the sketch:
I thought this would be a fun card to send to a friend and brighten their day with a little happy mail. I cut my pink cardstock to the size I wanted and ran it through my sewing machine to get some funky wavy stitched lines. I stamped my greeting and placed some vellum behind it and popped it up onto my card with some foam tape. I die cut that sweet little chickie, added a face to her and popped her up with more foam tape. I finished off my card with some enamel dots and a little bow for her hair. :) So stinkin' cute!!
I hope you will stop by the Stick It Down Challenge blog to take a look at the other sketches and I hope you are inspired to join us!
I would love for you to link up so I could take a peek at what you created :)
Thanks so much for stopping by my blog and taking a look at my latest creation!
I really do appreciate it!
I hope you have a great crafty day!
