Hello Friend!

Hi crafty friends!
I hope this finds you well :)
We had some pretty stormy weather come through my area today, so it was the perfect time to put on a little Netflix and color!

Here is a look at the card that I ended up making:

I recently received this free digi stamp from the Kit And Clowder FB group and thought he would be so fun to color with my Copics! After I had him colored, I cut him out and added some grass by flicking a few green markers upward and then going around the remaining edges with a light blue Copic to create the feeling of a "sky". I added my sentiment and some clear wink of stella to the bubbles for a little shimmer. I matted the image piece onto a piece of white cardstock and popped him up onto my card front with some foam tape at a slight angle for a little interest. So adorable!

I will be entering my card into the following challenges:
&

Thank you so much for stopping by my blog and taking a look at my latest creation!

Spread Happiness

Hi crafty friends!
I hope you are having a wonderful Wednesday!
Today I have a super sweet card to share with you that I made with a few challenges in mind.
The challenges that I am entering are:

&

Here is a look at the card that I created to share with you all today:

I started by making a white card base and covering the front with some plaid patterned paper. I used a stitched die to cut out a white layer and added some pink stripes to it with some paper scraps. I used a smaller stitched die to cut out a piece of light blue cardstock and then created a little scene with a fence, grass and flowers with more dies. I stamped my greeting from Mama Elephant and then popped up my little outdoor scene with some foam tape. I printed out that adorable girl from Digi Doodle Studios named Heather and colored her with my Copic markers. I cut her out using my Scan N Cut and then popped her up with more foam tape. I completed my card by adding a sweet little butterfly. I think this card is so sweet and that little image just makes me smile! She is just so happy!!

Thank you so much for stopping by my blog today and taking a look at my latest creation!

Just A Note...

Hi everyone and happy happy Monday!
Today starts a new challenge over at the Bitten By The Bug 2 Challenge Blog!
The theme for this challenge is...

Flowers!

Here is a look at the card that I created:

I created my shaped card by welding two of the labels from the Lacy Labels cartridge together and then added the layers on top, with foam tape for some dimension!

For the top layer though, I wanted to do a in-lay die cutting look to my card so I used the flower shape from the Lovely Floral cartridge and sliced it into my top card layer to get the opening for my floral pieces to fit into. I cut the flower out of some speckled cardstock, backed it with some scrap cardstock so that I could easily place my pieces into the opening without worry of them falling out & then placed my pieces into the opening on my top layer (kinda like a puzzle). I love the look of in-lay die cutting! I added my sentiment onto a little label and attached it to my card with a little crochet thread bow and a glue dot. I completed my card with some white doodles & some white and pink Nuvo drops.

Simple but oh so pretty! I love how it turned out!

Hi everyone and happy Wednesday!
I hope you are all doing well and are able to get in some crafty time :)
I would like to share with you a card that I made with a few challenges in mind.
They are:

&

Here is a look at the card that I created:

I had so much fun coloring up this sweet little stamp from The Greeting Farm!
To create my card, I used some patterned papers to create my wall and flooring, used a stitched die to cut it out and then adhered that to a white A2 cardbase. I used the Couch and Anya from the Hello From Home set and the plant from the Porch set (The Greeting Farm digi's) to create my little scene and cut it out with my Scan N Cut. I colored the image with my Copic markers and popped it up onto my card front with some foam tape. I added just a bit of glossy accents to the laptop and to the flowers on the plant. I completed my card by adding a die cut HELLO to the empty space on the wall and voila! Super simple card but I think it is so incredibly cute!!!

Thank you so much for stopping by my blog today and taking a look at my latest creation!

Hey everyone!
I hope this finds you doing well!
It is very rainy and icky here today, perfect for crafting right??
I created a simple card with a few challenges in mind.
They are:

&

Here is a look at the card that I created:

This card was really simple to create. I started with a white A2 cardbase and added some pink patterned paper to the front. Next, I used a piece of scrap patterned paper from the same stack for a little bit of fun with the bright polka dots. I stamped my image from Stamping Bella onto a piece of white cardstock and colored her with my Copic markers. I used a cross stitch die to cut her out and placed her onto my card front. I finished my card with a sentiment that I poppped up with a bit of foam tape for just a bit of dimension and a little white enamel heart.

I've been trying to mail out happy mail each week, especially during these difficult times, and I thought this image was perfect!
Thank you so much for stopping by my blog today and taking a look at my latest creation!

I hope you have a very safe, healthy and crafty day!

Gopher A Coffee?

Hi everyone!
Another day...another card!! Woohoo!!
Staying home is helping me get crafty that's for sure!

I created a really simple card today for a few challenges.
They are:

&

Here is the card that I created for the above challenges:

I created my card by creating a white A2 cardbase and covering it with some plaid patterned paper. I stamped my image onto a piece of white cardstock, colored that adorable little gopher with my Copic markers and then used a circle stencil to create the grass and sky by lightly inking with some distress oxide inks. I fussy cut the Coffee Cup, popped it up in front of her with some foam tape and added a tiny enamel heart.  I stamped my greeting, rounded the top corner and popped up my image panel with some foam tape. I completed my card with some Glossy Accents on her glasses, a little crochet thread bow in her hair and some white Nuvo Drops.  I seem to really struggle with creating Clean & Simple cards. I love the way CAS looks, I just find it difficult but I think I did OK with this one haha!

I cut some grass layers from the Martha Stewart All Occasions Art cartridge, inked the edges and then ran just the bottom of the grass through the wonky die for a cohesive look. I cut my kite from the Miss Kate Cuttables Springtime collection and popped it up with some foam tape. I finished my card with a big Hello that I cut from a metal die, as well as some small flowers (also cut from a metal die) and some white Nuvo drops.

A Sweet Holiday

Hey everyone!
Happy Monday!
Today I have a sweet Christmas card to share with you that I made with a few challenges in mind.
The challenges that I am entering are....
&

Here is a look at what I created for the challenges:

I made it a personal goal to try and complete at least one Christmas card a month this year. I'm hoping by doing this, it will make it not so hectic and help me get a little jump start on things lol! Fingers crossed! I bought this adorable little Reindeer stamp at a stamp expo over a year ago and was so happy to finally get him inky and colored up! I've been trying to get better about using the stamps I buy, other than just collecting them, haha! Anywho, I started with a card base that I created from some Kraft cardstock. I added some fun stripped patterned paper to my base and then topped that with a piece of green patterned paper. I colored that adorable Reindeer with my Copic markers and used my Scan N Cut 2 to cut him out. I adhered him to a piece of red patterned paper and glued it to the front of my card. I stamped my greeting onto a piece of white cardstock, used a circle punch to cut it out and placed it on top of a kraft circle that I diecut using a stitched circle die. I added the little paper "ribbon" tails to my circle and popped the whole piece up with some foam tape. I completed my card with some doodles with a black pen and some white Nuvo drops. I think this little Reindeer is just adorable and am looking forward to making more cards with him!

Thanks so much for stopping by today and taking a look at my latest creation!
I really appreciate it!
I hope you have a great crafty day!

Sweet Celebration Wishes

Hi everyone! Happy Friday!
I hope you are all staying happy and healthy and not going too stir crazy!
I have been finding some time to get crafty and making some cards for a few challenges.

The challenges that I am playing along with today are:
&

Here is the card that I created for the above challenges:

I covered a white cardbase with some yellow polka dotted patterned paper and added a white stitched tag on top. I colored those sweet critters from the Sending Sweet Celebration Wishes stamp set with my Copics and used my Scan N Cut 2 to cut them out. I glued the turtle down and popped up the bunny with some foam tape. I paper pieced my banner with some coordinating patterned paper and added another coordinating piece along the bottom of the tag. I stamped my greeting onto a piece of pink cardstock and popped it up with more foam tape. I thought it would be fun to cut off the top two corners of my cardbase to mimic the tag so I just kinda winged it and snipped. Not perfect, but I think it looks pretty good lol! I completed my card with some black doodles along the edge, some sequins and some Nuvo drops.

Thanks so much for stopping by today and taking a look at my latest creation!
I really appreciate it!
I hope you have a great crafty day!
