Warm Hugs

 Hi everyone!

I hope your day is off to a great start!

Today I am sharing an super cute Winter themed card that I created using an adorable snowman image from Digi Doodle Studios called Cocoa's Snowballs For Sale.

This was really simple to make. I started by creating a card base from some white cardstock and then layering some patterned paper from Bo Bunny on top. I love this paper pack from Bo Bunny and have had it for a few years now. I'm down to just a couple of sheets left and it will be a sad day when I use it all. Please tell me that you can relate? lol! Anywho, back to the card,  I printed out my Cocoa's Snowballs For Sale onto a piece of Hammermill cardstock and colored in my image with my Copic markers. Once I had it colored, I used a Octagon Die to cut it out. I did a bit more coloring around the perimeter and stamped my greeting with black ink before popping my image panel up with foam tape onto my card front. I added some snowflake sequins along with some white Nuvo drops and a fun little paper bow to complete my card. So super cute!!

Copic Colors Used:

Jingle All The Way

 Hi everyone!
I hope you are having a fabulous day!
I would like to share with you a fun little Memory Dex style card that I made for my crafty friend, Kimberly.

I started by creating my card using a metal die from Heidi Swapp. I cut it out three times, once in white (for my base), once in patterned paper and then again in white (winter scene snowy hills). I layered everything together and stamped my sentiment with some black ink. I wrapped some crochet thread around my card, tying it off with a bow and some jingle bells. I colored that adorable little girl with my Copic markers, cut her out using my Scan N Cut and popped her up onto the front with some foam tape. I finished my card with a bit of Glossy accents on the nose, some snowflake sequins and some white Nuvo drops scattered about. It is really kind of simple but I think it is just so cute!! I hope Kimberly likes it as much as I do :)

I will be entering this into the following challenges:

Merry Little Christmas

Hi everyone!

I hope your day is off to a great start!

Today I am sharing an adorable Christmas card that I created using a cute image from

Isn't that little mouse just the cutest?

To create my card, I started with a white card base and covered it with some text patterned paper. I heat embossed my sentiment onto a piece of green cardstock and applied that to the bottom of my card. I colored Rattata's Gifts with my Copic markers and then cut him out with my Scan N Cut. I die cut a red frame using a Spellbinders die, placed a white oval inside and then trimmed off the bottom just a bit so that it would sit on top of my green panel. I wrapped some white satin ribbon around the seam and tied it off with a bow. I popped up Rattata's Gifts onto the front with some foam tape, added a bit of glitter to his hat and some glossy accents to the little berries. So super sweet!

Cocoa Holder

Hi everyone and happy happy Monday!

Today starts a new challenge over at the Bitten By The Bug 2 Challenge Blog!
The theme for this challenge is a bit different as we are pairing up with the wonderful team over at
Double Trouble Challenge Blog.  We are encouraging you to create a project that is going to help you with your Holiday this year. That can be a Holiday card, Tag, ornament, gift box, gift bag, etc. There will be different ways to play along so be sure to read all the details about the challenge at either the Bitten By The Bug 2 Challenge Blog or the Double Trouble Challenge Blog .

Here is a look at the project that I created to share with you today:

I created a fun gift that included some yummy seasonal hot cocoa. This was really easy to do. I cut out my snowman using a cut from the Christmas Cafe SVG Kit from SVGCuts.com. Once I had my snowman assembled, I added a bit of decoration to his little top hat by cutting out some holly berries and holly leaves using a die from Jaded Blossom. I also added a fun little bow with some jingle bells. For his little hands, I used some twigs that my hubby picked out for me from our back yard. I think this is absolutely adorable! I will probably wrap some cellophane around it, tied off with a bow to present it for gifting.

This is my last post as a designer for the Bitten By The Bug 2 team. It has been a wonderful year and I would like to thank Alicia from Golden Goddess Designs for allowing me to be a part of it! Also, to my teamies, you have all been so inspiring and I look forward to seeing what you all create in the years to come. 💚

I will also be entering my project into the following challenges:

Merry

 Hi everyone!
I hope this finds you well!
I can not believe that it is already December!! It has been such a weird year!

I've been working on some Christmas cards and I would like to share my latest one.

I started by creating an A2 cardbase from some white cardstock and layering a bit of plaid patterned paper on top. Next I added a strip of green cardstock to one side and then doodled all around the perimeter with a black sharpie pen. I used a Zig Zag Stitched Rectangle Die to cut out my white layer and added a piece of vellum behind it before popping it up onto my card front with some foam tape. I die cut the MERRY from some red cardstock and glued that to my card. Once I had that glued down, I realized that I also wanted to incorporate the word Christmas but I already had my dimension going with my white layer being popped up on foam tape.  Thankfully I have a Misti Stamping Tool so I just slipped my card in there and stamped Christmas with some black ink, hoping for the best lol! Luck was on my side and the stamping came out perfectly! Once I had that done, I colored up that adorable little Penguin with some Copic markers and fussy cut him out. I adhered him to my card and added some glossy accents to his little feet and beak. I finished my card with a few star sequins/confetti pieces as well as some white Nuvo drops. I think it came out so cute and that little penguin wearing his little sweater just makes me smile!

I will be entering my card into the following challenges:

No Matter The Weather...

 Hi crafty friends!

I hope you are having a fabulous day!

The theme this week on the La-La Land Crafts Blog for Team Friday is
Encouragement!

I created an adorable card using a sweet image from the You Lucky Duck Clear Stamp Set from La-La Land Crafts, along with some dies & fun patterned paper.

I started by creating a card base from some white cardstock and then cutting a piece of striped patterned paper from the Hello Life Paper Pack with the largest rectangle from the Scalloped Rectangles Die. I used the Nested Frames Large Die to cut a piece of polka dot paper from the Christmas Hodgepodge Paper Pack and then layered both pieces onto my card base. I stamped my greeting from the You Lucky Duck Stamp Set onto a piece of white cardstock, wrapped some crochet thread around it and adhered it to my card. I stamped that adorable duck, also from the You Lucky Duck Clear Stamp Set, with some Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored her with my Copic Markers. Once I had her colored in, I used the Double Stitched Ovals Die to cut out my image and popped it up onto my card front with some foam tape. I completed my card with some "raindrops" created from Glossy Accents  and a couple of pearls.

  Hi everyone!

Today I am sharing an adorable Christmas card that I created using a cute image from

I'm a sucker for Snowmen! I love them and seem to gravitate towards any type of holiday decoration that has them lol! As soon as I saw this adorable little guy, I knew I just had to have him.

To create my card, I started with a white card base and layered some striped patterned paper on top. I die cut some fun polka dotted paper, wrapped some crochet thread around it and popped it up with some foam tape for a little dimension. I colored Joe Frost Snowman with my Copic markers, fussy cut him out and popped him up with more foam tape. I added a bit of glitter to the snow he is sitting in and some glossy accents to his berries on his hat. I stamped my sentiment, popping it up with more foam tape. I completed my card by adding some snowflake sequins and a few random white Nuvo drops for a little visual interest.

Merry & Caffeinated

Hi everyone and happy happy Monday!

Today starts a new challenge over at the Bitten By The Bug 2 Challenge Blog!
The theme for this challenge is...

~ Coffee ~
Let's see some Cricut inspired Coffee projects!
*Your project must include a cut made with your Cricut machine on it somewhere*

Here is a look at the project that I created to share with you today:

I love making these fun little coffee themed caddy's at the holidays! They make the perfect little neighbor or co-worker gift and they are really easy to do. I started by cutting my caddy, from SVGCuttingFiles, using some Kraft cardstock and then covering it with some Christmas themed patterned paper. I cut an oval from Gypsy Wanderings and stamped my sentiment into the center. I popped it up onto the front of my caddy with foam tape and then added some flowers that I cut out using the Lacy Labels cartridge. I added some leaves that I cut out using a punch and some berry sprigs that I cut out using a metal die. I added some red Nuvo drops to my berry sprigs and some gems to my flower centers. I used some dies from My Creative Time to create my bow and then I added a little bell to the center before adhering it to my handle.

I love these little mini coffee cups! (I purchased mine from Amazon). I wrapped them with some coordinating patterned paper and then placed a K-Cup and a soft peppermint into each cup. I added some crochet thread around the lid, added a bell and then tied it into a bow to finish my cups. Voila! Super easy but I think it is oh so cute and everyone always seems to really love them!

Christmas Tags

 Hi crafty friends!

I hope you are having a fabulous day!

The theme this week on the La-La Land Crafts Blog for Team Friday is
Tags!

I created a couple of tags that showcase some of the Elves from the Jolly Elves Clear Stamp Set along with some Dies from La-La Land Crafts.

To create my tags, I used the Nested Frames Large Die for my base. I cut it out twice for each tag, once in light blue and then again in white. I used the Double Stitched Ovals Die on my white piece to form a hill along the top, leaving the bottom shape intact so that I could line everything up. Once I had my little hill created, I stamped my greeting from the Christmas Postcard Stamp Set with black ink, added a bit of glitter along the top edge & popped it up onto my blue piece with some foam tape. I cut some trees from some white cardstock using the Stitched Trees Die and tucked them behind my hill. I stamped two of the Elves from the Jolly Elves Stamp Set and colored them with my Copic Markers. Once I had them colored, I fussy cut them out and added them to the front of each tag. I took a little bit of white acrylic paint and flicked it onto my tag with a stiff paintbrush to create my falling snow. I completed my tags with a fun little bow that I created using some paper from the Hello Life Paper Pack, the Stitched Bow Die and a few jingle bells. I added some red Crochet Thread and left it extra long so that it could easily tie to a package. I can always trim off the excess at the time and I will write the recipients name on the back of the tag.

I kept both tags pretty much the same. The only differences are the Elf images and the color of Jingle Bells used. So super cute!!

Joy

  Hi crafty friends!

I hope you are having a fabulous day!

The theme this week on the La-La Land Crafts Blog for Team Friday is
Naughty or Nice!

I created an Christmas card that features the Christmas Sweater Luka Rubber Stamp along with some Dies from La-La Land Crafts.

I created my card by making my card base from some red cardstock and then using the Scalloped Rectangles Die to cut out a white layer to add on top. I used the Fireplace Die and some gray cardstock to create my Fireplace, adding a little fire to the inside by using the Camp Fire Die. I used the Staircase Die to cut some Garland to decorate the mantel, along with some little red bows. I added some Stockings from the Fireplace Die and added a bit of chunky glitter to the white areas for a bit of sparkle. I stamped Christmas Sweater Luka with some black Memento Ink and colored him with my Copic markers. Once I had him colored in, I cut him out using my Scan N Cut and popped him up onto my card with some foam tape. I added a bit more glitter to the stocking that he is holding as well as some Glossy accents to the tree on his sweater. I completed my card by using the Joy Die and cutting it from some red cardstock and adding a little red bling to the dot on the J as well as to the centers of the bows.

I think this turned out so cute!!

Nice List

 Hi everyone!

I hope your day is off to a great start!

Today I am sharing an adorable Christmas card that I created using a cute image from

I had so much fun creating this card! I printed out my Santa's Eve image onto some cardstock and colored it in with my Copic Markers. I wanted the look of a snowglobe without having the bulk of a shaker to mail out during the Holidays, so I used a dome shaped die to cut him out, as well as the red frame around him. I added some stickles to the white parts of his hat and suit and some liquid applique to the snow on the chimney for some texture. I added my image and frame to my card and then heat embossed my greeting onto some black cardstock. I added a bit of crochet thread and then popped up my sentiment with a thin layer of foam tape. I completed my card by adding a few star confetti pieces, some white Nuvo drops for snow and some black doodling around the perimeter. I just think this is so sweet! I just love his little face!

The theme for this challenge is...

Thanksgiving
Let's see some Cricut inspired Thanksgiving projects!
*Your project must include a cut made with your Cricut machine on it somewhere*

Here is a look at the project that I created to share with you today:

I recently purchased some little dry erase boards from the Dollar Tree and I thought it would be neat to create a little home decor item with one of them using some scrap vinyl. I found this greeting framed with Fall items in Cricut Design Space and knew it would be perfect! I cut it out three times, using orange vinyl, a light tan vinyl and a gold metallic foil vinyl. I weeded each color, only leaving certain items in each, and then transferred everything onto my dry erase board. I felt like it still needed a little something so I added a few random Nuvo drops in Dark Walnut to add a little interest.

It is so much prettier in person.
I had such a hard time getting the camera to pick up the gold metallic.

Snow Kissed Winter Wishes

Hi everyone and happy happy Friday!!
Today the Digi Doodle Studios team is showing some projects that feature some adorable new images!

Here is a look at my card featuring the new image called, Crystal Snow.

Isn't that the sweetest image? My card was pretty simple to make and could easily be used as a Winter or as a Christmas card.  I started by covering my white cardbase with some striped patterned paper. I used a scalloped edge die to cut out my sky, as well as my snowy hills and placed that onto my card front. I die cut some trees & tucked them behind one of the hills. I printed out Crystal Snow, colored her with my Copic markers and cut her out using my Scan N Cut. I placed her onto my card and stamped my greeting onto the top right corner. I added a bit of sparkle by adding some glitter onto the hats and whipped cream. I completed my card by adding some snowflake sequins and some white Nuvo drops. So sweet!!!

Celebrate The Season

 Hi crafty friends!

I hope you are having a fabulous day!

The theme this week on the La-La Land Crafts Blog for Team Friday is
3D Harvest.

I created a simple little cover that features one of the adorable images from the
along with some Dies from La-La Land Crafts.

Here is a look at my project:

I created my little cover using some Kraft cardstock and cutting two pieces measuring 3 1/4" by 7 1/4". I then scored each piece at 1 1/4" to create the bottom. I adhered the two bottoms together and used the Double Stitched Ovals Die to create my handles.  I cut a dark brown piece of cardstock out using the Scalloped Rectangles Die and adhered that to the front of my cover. I trimmed a piece of light blue cardstock down to fit inside my scallop rectangle and stamped my sentiment from the Christmas Sweater Luka Rubber Stamp with some black ink. Next I used the Apple Orchard Die that came in the October 2020 Product Kit and cut two pieces from white cardstock to create my scene. I colored the grassy hills and tree trunks with my COPIC markers and paper pieced the tree tops using some plaid paper from the Christmas Hodgepodge Paper Pack. I stamped that adorable little Marci, fussy cut her out, colored her with COPIC markers and placed her onto my scene. I added a few pumpkins from the Halloween House Add-On Die Set and some gold Nuvo Drops for a little interest. I completed my bag by adding a fun little bow that I cut out using more of the plaid patterned paper and the Stitched Bow Die to the top.

I attached a couple of small Velcro Dots to keep my cover closed and added a little bag of candy to the inside.

So super cute (and yummy!)
