Happy Birthday (TSOT #604)

Hi crafty friends!

I hope your day is off to a wonderful start!
Today starts a new sketch challenge over on the

Here is a look at the sketch:

(optional theme: use brads/eyelets)

Here is a look at the card that I created:

I started by creating a white A2 cardbase and layering some pink checked patterned paper on top. I cut some strips of polka dotted patterned paper and layered them onto a piece of white cardstock, following the sketch, and added it to my card front with foam tape. Next, I dug into my stash and pulled out this older stamp set from Mama Elephant. I thought these little critters were perfect for this card! I colored them with my Copic markers and used the coordinating dies to cut them out. I popped them up onto my card with more foam tape. I added some enamel dots and a little pink bow to complete my card. I think this turned out so cute and I love that I was able to revisit an older stamp set and use it again :)

Sending Smiles

 Hi crafty friends!

I hope you are all having a fabulous day so far!
Today I am popping in to share a card that I created using one of the new images released this month from All Dressed Up Stamps.

This month I was given the image Magical Pony to work with.
I created my card by covering a white A2 cardbase with some floral patterned paper.  I die cut a scallop rectangle from white cardstock and layered some more of the floral patterned paper on top, along with some polka dotted patterned paper. I stamped my greeting in the bottom corner, tied a sheer ribbon bow around it and adhered it to my card front. I printed out my image, colored it with my Copic markers and used my Scan N Cut to cut it out. I popped it up onto my card with some foam tape and added a few sequins to complete my card. So so sweet!!

Copic Colors Used:

Mom

 Hi crafty friends!!

I hope you are all having a wonderful day!

Today I have a pretty card to share with you that I created for my mom using an image from

With Mother's Day fast approaching, I wanted to get ahead a bit and get my mom's card made. The Magnolias from Pink Gem Designs were perfect! I started by creating a A2 card base with some white cardstock and layering a white die cut panel on top, popping up with foam tape. I die cut my letters to spell out MOM from more white cardstock and layered some gold glitter cardstock behind, off setting it just a little so that it peeked out from behind the white letters. I added those to my card front, centering it as best as I could. I printed out some of those beautiful Magnolias and colored them with my Copic markers. I used my Scan N Cut to cut them out & heat embossed the centers and buds with some gold embossing powder. I popped them up with more foam tape and my card was done! I think it turned out so beautiful and elegant!

My picture definitely does not do it justice. It is so sparkly in person.
Here is a picture that I took using my flash just so you can kinda see the sparkle.

I think this Spring Has Sprung stamp is so cute! I really wish I could look that fashionable when I'm gardening lol! I always look like a hot mess though :)

I made a white A2 card base and adhered some patterned papers on top, separating them with some crochet thread. Look For Rainbows

Hi crafty friends!

I hope your day is off to a wonderful start!
Today starts a new sketch challenge over on the

Here is a look at the sketch:

For my card, I used both the sketch and the inspiration of Rainbow.

This little bunny from Avery Elle always makes me smile and immediately came to mind when I saw the inspiration word for this challenge. I just knew I had to use him. I used some Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and stamped my little bunny onto a piece of white hammermill paper. I used my Scan N Cut to cut him out and then colored him with my Copic markers. I arranged my patterned papers onto my white A2 card base, popping up my blue rectangle with foam tape. I added my sentiment and then popped up my bunny with more foam tape. I added some glossy accents to the raindrops and some yellow enamel dots to complete my card. I think this is just so cute and such a fabulous sentiment to live by!

Hi everyone!
I hope you are having a blessed and happy Easter!

Today I wanted to pop in real quick and share a fun slimline card that I made with a slimline stamp from Trinity Stamps.

Happy Spring!

Hi crafty friends!!

I hope you are all having a wonderful day!

Today I have a fun spring themed card to share with you that I created using an image from

How cute is that little gnome ready to get his planting on?? lol! I was happy that the weather cooperated enough for me to get some hydrangea bushes planted a couple of days ago. Fingers crossed they survive, I don't have the best green thumb hahaha!

Anywho, onto my card. I created an A2 card base and layered it with 3 different patterned papers that coordinated together. I printed my Spring Gnome onto some white Hammermill paper and colored it with my Copic markers. I matted it onto a white scalloped rectangle and then cut off the top so that I could place it a little higher onto my card base. I rounded the bottom corners, added some crochet thread and enamel dots to complete my card.

Copic Colors Used:
--Skin: E50, E52, E21--
--Bear: E21, E23, E25, E27--
