Red Truck Christmas

 Hi everyone!
I hope today finds you well!
We have been having a lot of rain and thunderstorms for over a week in my area
but today the sun is shining bright! 🌞

I wanted to pop in real quick and share a couple of cards that I made. I'm trying to get a little ahead for the Christmas season and playing along with the June Christmas Card Prep Challenge currently going on at Scrapbook.com

Here are the two that I made:

I kept it really simple but I think it turned out great!
I covered my white cardbase with some patterned papers and used a bit of statin ribbon to divide the papers a bit. I used my Glimmer Foil system and some red foil for my sentiment. I die cut it out using a postage frame die and adhered my truck that I built using some dies from Spellbinders. I popped up my postage frame with some foam tape and my card was done! Easy peasy!!

While I had everything out, I made a second card.
I did everything the same except for the sentiment. I decided to pop up the sentiment on this one.

I think these turned out so cute!

I would also like to play along with the following challenges:

A Sweet Christmas

 Hi everyone!
I hope you are having a wonderful Saturday!
Today I am stopping in to share a couple of cards that I made in preparation for the upcoming Christmas season.
Yikes! It will be here before we know it! Seems like the older I get, the faster time flies lol!

I love this little stamp of Mrs. Claus and have had it for awhile now, so I'm so excited that I actually inked it up and played with it.
I created my card using some fun papers from Doodlebug, and layered them together using a sketch from Deconstructed Sketch (#186) as my guide. I colored my image with Copic markers and matted it with some red paper before popping it up with foam tape onto my card front. I heat embossed my greeting and added some glittery snowflakes. I added some little enamel hearts to the centers of my flakes and some glitter to my stained glass sugar cookies to complete my card.

While I had everything out, I decided to make a second card. I made it the exact same, other than switching the patterned papers around.

I think these turned out so cute!!

Happy Birthday Bunny

 Hi crafty friends!!

I hope you are all having a wonderful day!
I can't believe it is already the middle of June!
I haven't been around this month as we've been having a fun and relaxing beach vacation.
We are home now and I am ready to get some crafty time in :)
Where is your favorite place to vacation?

Today I have a super sweet card to share with you that I created using an adorable image from

I thought this image was so adorable and would make the perfect birthday card for a little one.
Although if I received it at my age, it would still bring a smile to my face lol! So cute!!

I printed out my image onto a piece of white Hammermill cardstock and colored it in with my Copic markers. Once I had everything colored in, I used a scalloped rectangle die to cut it out. I set it to the side while I built my card front. To do that, I layered a piece of pink patterned paper to the front of my white A2 card base. Next, I cut a piece of striped patterned paper and wrapped some sheer ribbon around before also adding that to my card. I popped up my image panel with foam tape and tied a little bow onto the sheer ribbon underneath. I completed my card by adding my sentiment to the top of my card with more foam tape.

Copic Colors Used:
--Chick: Y15, Y13, Y11, YR14, YR12, R20--
--Flowers: Y15--
--Cupcake: BG11, BG10, B000, B0000, E37, E33, E31, RV32, RV11, RV10--
--Bunny: W3, W1, W0, R20, R00, R000, BG11, BG10--
--Balloon: C00, Y15, Y13, Y11, Y00, Y000--
--Sky/Grass Line: B000, YG11--
