Christmas Snowman

Hi everyone!

I hope you are doing well :)
I have one last holiday card to share with you today that I created using one of my favorite stamps from Gerda Steiner Designs.

I adore this Happy Snowman stamp set. I've used it a few different times but it is one of my go to snowman stamps, it always makes me smile!

I started by covering an A2 cardbase with some falling snow patterned paper. I cut my scallop rectangle from some white cardstock and then cut a window from the middle using another die. I stamped my Happy Snowman image with some Black Memento ink and colored it with my Copic markers. I did a little paper piecing for his hat band and scarf before fussy cutting him out. I stamped my sentiment and then glued my image to the backside of the window opening. I added some crochet thread and popped up my image panel with foam adhesive onto the front of the card. I completed my card with a small bit of glitter, snowflake sequins and some white Nuvo drops.
I think this turned out so cute!

Copic Colors Used:
--Snowman: B000, YR00, YR02, YR04, C2, C4, R00--
--Hat: C2, C3, C4, R27, G82, YG61--
--Broom: YR14, YR24, YR27, E31, E33--
--Bird: E31, E33, YR14, R27--

Thank you so much for stopping by today!
I appreciate it so much!
I hope you have a great crafty day!

Waffle Flower December Release!

Hi everyone!
I hope you are all having a fabulous day!
It's time for the Waffle Flower December Release and I'm so excited to be a guest designer!
This release is jam packed with so many wonderful products and I am over the moon that I got to work with some of them.

Let's take a look at the projects that I made using some of the new, along with some older Waffle Flower products.

My first card features the new Flower Gift Box Die. I love sending cards just because so I decided to make a card to send someone a paper hug and let them know they are being thought about. I started by creating an A2 cardbase from some white cardstock and adhering a strip of pink patterned paper from the Half-Half Dots Christmas Paper down the middle. I created my little box of flowers and added it to a piece of white cardstock that I lightly inked. I added my sentiment from the Postage Collage underneath and added a few sequins to complete my card.

So many possibilities with this die!
By simply changing the sentiment, it could be used for so many different occasions...Valentine's, Thinking of You & Congrats just to name a few. Flowers are so versatile!

I used the new Gradient Heart Panel Die for my second card.
I created a white A2 top folding card and rounded the two opposite corners. I used the Gradient Heart Panel Die and cut it out twice using two different papers from the Half-Half Lines Caprice Paper Pad.  The biggest heart was adhered flat onto the card front & the second biggest was added with foam tape. I stamped my greeting using a stamp from the Frontline Heroes 2 stamp set onto the center heart and  adhered it using two layers of foam tape so that there was a slight progression of depth. I used the Flower Gift Box Die for the smaller hearts and finished my card with some sequins and a crochet thread bow.

I adore how this die does all the work for you!
Quick and easy but makes a big impact!

I used the Rose Background Stencil Duo for my third card.
I inked up some yellow roses (my favorite 💛) onto a piece of smooth white cardstock.
I trimmed it down by cutting about an inch off of one side and adhered a thin strip of gold glitter cardstock. I popped it up onto a white A2 cardbase using foam tape. I used the Elegant Love Stamp Set and stamped the sentiments with some black ink.
I love that the sentiments are all on ONE stamp!!
Next, I lined up the Elegant Love Matching Die, ran it through my die cutting machine and voila!, I had 9 sentiments ready to go! They are all fabulous but I picked the Sending Love, popped it up with some foam tape and added a few gold sequins to complete my card.

I love having a collection of sentiments ready to go!

Here is a complete list of all the Waffle Flower products that I used in my cards:

The challenge that started today is....
Winter Holidays

Here is a look at the project that I created:

I thought this little caroling duo was so cute, I just had to color it up and create a card with it.

I printed out the Joy To The World* image from Di's Digi Stamps onto a piece of white Hammermill cardstock and colored it with my Copic markers. Once I had it colored the way I liked, I used a tag die to cut it out. I popped it up onto my card front and added some pink crochet thread. I thought it would be fun to create some little loops in the thread so I added drops of glue here and there and positioned my thread along the edges of the tag. I die cut the "falalalala" from some pink patterned paper using a Lawn Fawn die and added that below my image. I completed my card with s few snowflake sequins and some white Nuvo drops. So super sweet!

Copic Colors used:
--Skin: E50, E51, E11, E21, R20, R00--

Holiday Spirit

Hi everyone!

Can you believe it is already December?
I have a holiday card to share with you today that I created using a fun little stamp from

How cute is this little kitty?
I stamped the kitty from the Furry & Bright stamp set using some Black Memento ink twice, once onto a piece of white Hammermill cardstock and again onto a piece of plaid patterned paper. I colored the image that was stamped onto the white cardstock using my Copic markers and then fussy cut the plaid box out and glued it on top of my colored image. I added my sentiment & used a stitched die to cut out my image. I wrapped some red crochet thread around the top & tied a little bow with some small bells in the center before adhering my piece onto some gold glitter cardstock. I covered the front of my white A2 cardbase with some more of the plaid patterned paper, added my image panel and my card was done! Simple card but I really wanted the focus to stay on that fun little kitty! There have been moments so far this holiday season where I can relate to this little cat haha! How about you??

Spread Christmas Cheer

Hi everyone!!

Today starts a new challenge over at the Di's Digi Designs Challenge Blog! Yay!
You don't need to use a Di's Digi image or even a digital stamp to enter the challenge though, as long as you follow the theme. You can find more about the rules and requirements on the challenge blog.

The challenge that started today is....
Christmas with NO red or green!

Here is a look at the project that I created:

I created my card by creating an A2 card base from some white cardstock and adhering a scallop rectangle that I cut using some snowflake patterned paper on top. I die cut the frame that fits into the scallop rectangle three times and glued them on top of each other to give a little dimension and some sturdiness. I printed the Carol Singing Trio* onto a piece of white Hammermill paper and colored it with my Copic markers. I trimmed it down and added it behind my frame, along with the sentiment, before adding it inside my scallop rectangle. I added some snowflakes along with some white Nuvo drops to complete my card.

I couldn't get a very good picture of it, but I decided to add some white flocking powder to the pom pom and fur trim on the little girl's outfit.

When I first read this theme, I thought it was going to be super hard but once I saw this adorable image from Di's Digital Images, all the pieces just kinda fell in place. I love it when that happens lol!

Copic Colors Used:
--Skin: E50, E51, E21, R00, R20--
--Hair: E23, E27--
--Girl's Outfit: RV95, V93, V95, V99, C2, C4, C5, C6--
--Snowman: BG0000, YR27, R20, R00, C3, C4, C6, BG53, BG57--

Season's Greetings

Hi everyone!

Today I'm sharing a super cute holiday themed card that I made using an image from

How sweet is that little snowman?

I picked out some older patterned papers from a Pink Paislee 6x6 paper pad and layered them onto a white A2 cardbase. I did wrap a bit of ribbon around separating the two patterned papers before adhering it to my base. I die cut a small scallop rectangle from some white cardstock along with a couple of stitched snowy hills and stamped my greeting along the bottom of one of the hills. I printed out the Snowman with Robins onto some white Hammermill cardstock and used my Scan N Cut to cut it out. Once it was cut out, I colored in the image with my Copic markers and added it to the front of my card, tucking the bottom of the snowman behind the bottom hill just a bit. I completed my card with some white Nuvo drops, some snowflake sequins and a big bow. I adore how this turned out!!

Copic Colors used:
--Snowman: BG000, YR18, R000, R00, E27, E23--
--Hat/Scarf: C3, C4, C6, R39, R59, BG72, BG75, G85--

Let It Snow Gift Bag

Hi everyone and happy happy Saturday!!

The challenge that started today is....
Fancy Folds OR Anything But A Card.

Here is a look at the project that I created:

I love to have little treats/gifts on hand during the holiday season so this challenge was the perfect time to get one done. One less thing to do during the hectic time next month right?

This was so super simple to make. I started by using a gable box die and cutting out my box from some light blue cardstock. Next, I printed out that adorable image, Snowman and Robin, onto a piece of white Hammermill cardstock and colored it with my Copic markers. I decided to print the image once again onto a piece of patterned paper so that I could paper piece his little hat band and his scarf. After I had it colored, I used a stitched die to cut it out and popped it up with some foam tape onto a piece of white glitter cardstock.  I adhered it to the front of my box and added a few snowflake sequins along with some white Nuvo drops. I stamped my sentiment and added it to a bow that I created to hold the box shut to complete the look of my box.

Inside I placed some white paper shred along with 4 pieces of yummy chocolate.
A gift card can easily fit in there with the candy as well.

Copic Colors Used:
--Snowman/Hat: BG000, RV00, C2, C4, C6, E23, E25, E27, YR14, YR18, YG03, YG05--

Joy!

Hi everyone!

I hope you are having a fabulous day so far!
Today I am stopping by to share a card that I made using a adorable stamp from

I adore this little mouse in the Balancing Mouse stamp set and couldn't wait to create a Christmas card using the set!

Here is a look at the card that I created:

I created an A2 cardbase and layered some fun & bright patterned papers from Doodlebug Designs on top. I masked off the largest ornament and stamped it a few times onto a piece of white cardstock so that I could create a row of ornaments. I stamped my little mouse on top of one of the ornaments and then colored in my images with Copic markers. I decided to add some of the smaller ornaments in the stamp set as well. I stamped a few onto some scrap cardstock, colored them & then fussy cut them out. I placed them in front of the larger ornaments before trimming down my image panel. I die cut a red scalloped rectangle and adhered my image to the center. I added some red and white crochet thread to my card before popping up my image with some foam tape. I die cut the "JOY" from red glitter cardstock and added that as well as some red enamel dots to finish off my card. So super cute!!

Copic Colors Used:
--Mouse: E40, E41, E42, E43, E44, R20, R00--
--Hat: R24, R27, R29, R39, C00, C0--

hello pumpkin!

 Hi everyone!

I hope you are having a fabulous day so far!
Today I am stopping by to share a mini slimline card that I made using an adorable stamp from

I love creating mini slimline cards, sometimes they are the perfect size and the Pumpkin Mouse stamp from Gerda fit the space perfectly! I also used a sentiment from the Pumpkin Bear stamp set.

Here is a look at the card that I created:

I created my mini slimline base by folding a 6" square piece of Kraft cardstock in half so that my card measured 3"x6". I die cut a scalloped rectangle from some more Kraft cardstock, inked around the perimeter with some distress ink and attached it to my card front. I used another die to cut out my plaid patterned paper and added some Kraft stripes to one side. I stamped my images from the Pumpkin Mouse stamp set, masking the little mouse so it was all one piece, onto some white Hammermill cardstock and colored it in with my Copic markers. I fussy cut it out and popped it up onto my card with some foam tape for a little dimension. I stamped my greeting from the Pumpkin Bear set onto a piece of white cardstock, inked the edges, tied a twine bow and popped it up with more foam tape. I completed my card with a little enamel heart & some white gel pen accents here and there.
I think that little mouse is so cute in his little sweater :)

Copic Colors used:
--Mouse: E40, E41, E42, E43, E44, R20, R00--

I used a stitched rectangle to cut it out, matted it onto a piece of kraft cardstock and popped it up onto my card front with some foam tape. I used a scrap piece of patterned paper (from the same patterned paper stack) to add a stripe along one side of my image. I finished off my card with my sentiment and a little jute twine bow.
