Bunny Bait!

Hi everyone and happy Wednesday!

It's my day to post over on the Jaded Blossom Blog
and I have one last Easter project to share with you today.

I couldn't resist making a little booth to hold some carrot shaped chocolates in.
I started by creating my booth base by using white cardstock and the Build A Booth die, along with the Build A Booth: Treat Box Add Ons. I covered the front of my box with more white cardstock but using the dies that come with the Build A Booth Die to get that awesome wood-grain stitching detail on the pieces, adding some little black enamel dots for the "nails".  I used the Build A Booth: Easter Add Ons to create the little carrot banner on the front. Next, I die cut some letters using the Build A Booth: Alphabet Add Ons to spell out "Bunny Bait" and adhered them to the top of my booth. I built that adorable bunny using the Gnome Friends: Bunny Die, Gnome Friends: Bunny Face Add On and the Bunny Friend Faces. I used the big carrot from the Build A Booth: Easter Add Ons for the carrot she is holding and gave her a little bow with some orange crochet thread to complete my box.

So cute!!

Thank you so much for stopping by my blog today and taking a look at my latest creation!
I really appreciate it!
I hope you have a great crafty day!

Jaded Blossom's April Release Blog Hop!

Hey Everyone!
If you're here from Rosemary's amazing blog, you're in the right place.
If you're just passing through, be sure to start at the beginning because you don't want to miss a thing.
I will also have the complete line up at the bottom.

Here is what I made:

I just love these new Stitched Arch Dies!

I die cut a piece of floral paper using the Scallop Rectangle Dies 2 and adhered it to a white A2 card. I wanted to make a card that featured the arch as a frame, so I nested two of the arch dies together to create a frame from white cardstock. I used the Stitched Arch Dies again to cut out a piece of vellum so that it would fit perfectly behind my frame. I popped it up with foam tape onto my card front. I used the Build A Wreath Die and the Gnome Dies: Wedding Add Ons to create a floral garland and some wedding bells to add to my arch. I stamped my sentiment using the Gnome Wedding Day stamp set, cut it out using the Label Shape Dies 1 and added it to my card front. I finished my card by adding a few small Opal Gems to my flowers and my sentiment.

I think this turned out so pretty!

Here is a look at the card that I created to share with you today...

I started by covering my A2 white card base with some floral patterned paper, leaving a small amount of the white card showing. I used the new Stitched Arch Dies and cut out 2 from some light pink paper that was in the patterned paper pack. Once I had them cut out, I turned them sideways, adhered them to my card and trimmed off the overage. I built my beautiful gnome bride by using the Gnome Dies: Bride & Groom and the Gnome Dies: Wedding Add Ons. I adhered her to my card and then added some pearls to her flowers. I stamped my greeting using the Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and the Gnome Wedding Day stamp set. I used the coordinating Gnome Wedding Day Outline Dies to cut out my sentiment, layering it onto a banner that I cut out using the Mini Tag Dies 2 before adhering it to the small arch. I added some hearts that I cut out using the Banner Dies and the Embellishment Clusters die to my card, along with some white puffy heart stickers and tiny heart shaped pearls.

Here is a look at what I created to share with you today:

I used the Pocket Tag Die to create a gift card holder. I cut it out twice, once in white cardstock and again in the floral patterned paper. I trimmed down the patterned paper and adhered it to inside of my gift card holder, instead of having a white background. I used the same patterned paper and the layering die that comes with the Pocket Tag Die for my front panel. I used the Scallop Circle Dies and cut out a circle in white and also in Vellum, layering them on top of each other. I die cut a bouquet and some rings using the Gnome Dies: Wedding Add Ons and added them to the front of my gift card. I stamped my sentiment using the Gnome Wedding Day stamp set and used the coordinating Gnome Wedding Day Outline Dies to cut it out, popping it up with some foam tape for a little dimension. I finished my gift card holder by adding some pearls to the flower centers, a heart from the Embellishment Clusters Die and some white satin ribbon.

I think it is so pretty and it has so much sparkle, I just couldn't seem to capture it.

Here is a look at the card that I created to share with you today:

Aren't these gnomes so fun dressed in the wedding attire?

Here is how I made it...
I created a top folding A2 card and added 2 pieces of patterned paper towards the bottom of the card front.  I then added a scallop rectangle that I cut from floral patterned paper using the Scallop Rectangle Dies 2 on top. I stamped my sentiment from the Gnome Wedding Day under my scallop rectangle and started building my gnomes.  I built my wedding gnomes by using the Gnome Dies: Bride & Groom, adding a bigger nose and mustache for the fella by using the Gnome Dies. Once I had my gnomes built, I added them to my card front and dressed up the brides gown by adding some pearls for her belt and on her tiara. Adorable!

3) Only one entry per person

Here is a look at the card that I created to share with you today...

With Easter right around the corner, I couldn't resist making a birthday card that had a
Spring/Easter vibe for those Spring birthdays.

I created my card by creating an A2 cardbase from some Kraft cardstock. I added a strip of carrot patterned paper to one side and then added some doodling with my black Micron pen around the perimeter. I used the Stylized Rectangle Dies to cut out a piece of white cardstock and a piece of green patterned paper. I used the Spring Dies to cut a grassy edge on my green paper and added a sentiment from the Forest Friends (revamped) stamp set. I built my little bunny by using the Gnome Friends: Bunny Die, Gnome Friends: Bunny Face Add On and the Bunny Friend Faces. I added her to my Stylized Rectangle Panel and gave her a balloon to hold from the Balloon Dies and a carrot to hold using the Gnome Dies: Easter Add Ons 2. I completed my card by adding a tiny little orange bow to her hair using some crochet thread.

Be sure to check out the Jaded Blossom blog to see what the rest of the DT made, they never disappoint!
I hope you will play along, I would love to see what you make!
