For My Boo!

Hi everyone!

Today is my day to post over at the Jaded Blossom blog and I made a fun Halloween treat for my hubby to share with you all today.

I started by creating my caddy with the Handled Gift Box Die and some orange cardstock. I used some fun star patterned paper to layer onto the front using some paper from Doodlebug. I added that fun banner of ghosts with the Halloween Banner Dies and some foam tape. I stamped my greeting from the Halloween Treats 2 stamp set and used the Mini Tag Dies 2 to cut it out. I attached it to the back of a bow that I created with the Bow Dies and glued it to the front of my handle. I completed my box with a few Nuvo drops. So super cute!!

Jaded Blossom's October Challenge!!

Hi everyone!!

I hope you are all having a fabulous Sunday!

Today starts a new challenge over at the Jaded Blossom Blog!! Yay!!!

This month's challenge is.......

Any Treat!

Here is a look at what I created to share with you:

I made a fun little Halloween treat box using the Scallop Caddy Die. I cut my box from some orange cardstock and cut off the front flap so that my box could remain open for the treats to be visible. I used some polka dotted patterned paper for my layers and used the Border Dies to add a silver glittery zig zag border around the perimeter. I then wrapped some fun plaid ribbon around my box, tying it off with a big bow. I used the Halloween Dies to create my witchy pumpkin and popped it up with some foam tape. I stamped my greeting from the Halloween Treats 2 and used the Mini Tag Dies 3 to cut it out. I finished my treat box by adding some Nuvo drops and filling it with some yummy candy!

The Monster Demands Candy!!

Hi everyone!

Today is my day to post over at the Jaded Blossom blog and I made a super cute Halloween treat to share with you all today.

I just couldn't resist playing with the new Candy Bar Slider Die from the most recent release again. It's just so fun to decorate these candy bar holders!! I created my holder by using some purple cardstock and cutting it out using the Candy Bar Slider Die. I used the layering piece and cut it from some black cardstock and some fun candy themed patterned paper. I added my greeting from the Let's Be Frank stamp set and heat embossed it with some white embossing powder. I used the Border Dies to add a green scallop to separate the black cardstock and patterned paper, added some orange crochet thread and adhered my decorated piece to my candy bar slider. I colored that adorable little Frankie from the Let's Be Frank stamp set with my copics and popped him up with some foam tape. I completed my little holder by adding a few enamel dots.

So incredibly fun and cute!!!

I wanted to pop in real quick and share a fun Halloween card that I made with a few challenges in mind.

Here is a look at the card that I created to share with you all:

I had so much fun making this! I started out by creating my background by using some Distress Oxide inks and blending them together. Once that was done, I added some "stars" by flicking some white paint with a paintbrush all over the background.  I added some Liquid Stardust in the same way to add some more interest and some sparkle. I started building my scene by adding some tress,  the ground and bat with the Spooky Scene Die from Hello Bluebird. I added a bit more sparkle to the bat with my Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pen. I used the Halloween Party stamp set, also from Hello Bluebird, and colored that sweet kitty and the string of lights with my Copic markers. I used my Scan N Cut2 to cut out my stamped images and then added them to my scene. I cut some pumpkins out from the Gallery Frame Die #3 as well as that fun Ric Rac Frame Border, added my greeting to one of my pumpkins and then added the entire panel to a gray card base.  I finished my card by adding some Glow In The Dark Nuvo drops to the lights for a fun little surprise.

Jaded Blossom's September Release Blog Hop!

Hey Everyone!  Welcome to Jaded Blossom's September Stamp Release Blog Hop.  

Now if you're here from Tina's Blog you're in the right place, if you're just passing through start at the beginning because you don't want to miss a thing.  I also have the complete line up at the bottom.
Here is what I made to share with you today:

I created my candy holder by using the Gable Box Die and cutting it from some purple cardstock. I cut off the front flap & added a ric rac border along the inside front edge by using the Border Dies. I colored that awesome new Potion Village Shop with my Copic markers, fussy cut it out and popped it up with some foam tape. I used the Halloween Dies for my spider web and bat and added a few stars from the Halloween Scenic Dies. I completed my box with a bow that I made from some fun Doodlebug paper and the Bow Dies and filled it with some green apple taffy.

I wanted to create a little 3x3 notecard to go along with my candy gift. I used some more of the purple cardstock along with a cloud stencil to ink up a night sky with some Black Soot Distress Oxide ink. I used the Stitched Circle Dies and cut my moon from some white cardstock, inking it up with some Distress Oxide inks for a soft yellow glow. I added some more stars from the Halloween Scenic Dies, a bat from the Halloween Dies and a greeting from the Halloween Poop stamp set. A black twine bow completed my little card. 

I think this makes such a fun little Halloween set to give to someone!!
