Happy Sweet 16!

Happy Monday! If you are here to see the winner for my blog candy for the Hello Kitty Blog Hop, scroll down one post.

Today marks the beginning of a new challenge over at Paper Therapy. This week is a sketch challenge. You can incorporate the sketch into any project that you would like whether that's a card, a layout, a tag, etc. It is completely up to you.

Here is the sketch:

Here is my take on the sketch:

My niece is going to turn 16 this week, so I made this card to send to her for her birthday. The cupcake was cut out with Rock Princess at 2.5". The number 16 was cut out of All Mixed Up at 1". I added some dazzling diamonds for sparkle and some bling with my iRock. Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by and take a look at my latest creation. I really appreciate it! Have a great crafty day!

Supplies:
Cricut--Rock Princess & All Mixed Up
Card Stock--White, Aqua & Lt. Pink(Recollections), Melon Mambo (SU!)
Patterned paper--Just Dreamy Stack (My Mind's Eye)
Punches--Loops punch (Martha Stewart), Ticket Punch (SU!), Corner Rounder (EK Success)
Misc.--Ribbon (Michaels), iRock, Dazzling Diamonds (SU!)
