Hi crafty friends & happy Thursday!!
Today starts a new challenge over at the My Creative Time blog!
For this challenge, you are challenged to create a Patriotic project that uses a color palette AND a sketch.
AND
Here is the card that I created for the challenge:
I used some of the stars from the 3 Star Stitched Dies and layered them onto my card front. The tiny stars came from the 4x4 Journal Die + More set. I then added a strip of burlap cardstock and topped it off with a strip of red cardstock. I added some linen thread and tied it into a little bow. For my sentiment, I used one of the stars from the 3 Star Stitched dies and used a stamp from the My Little Firecracker stamp set and heat embossed it with some gold embossing powder. I love how it turned out and it isn't too bulky either which will make it very easy to mail. I love when that happens :)
Don't forget to stop by the My Creative Time blog to see all the fabulous projects that my design team sisters created and enter the challenge! I would love to see what you create!
Thanks so much for stopping by my blog today and taking a look at my latest creation!
I really appreciate it!
Have a great crafty day!

Our Post Office wanted to charge me 20 cents extra for hand sorting because of a pop dot...guess they can get caught in the machines...so I stepped on it until there was no bump...Guess they caught me on a rare bad day ;) I love the texture of your card...I love how wood pattern paper looks. Beautiful job!
