My Creative Time: Try Me Tuesday!

Happy Tuesday!
Today over at the My Creative Blog, it is Try Me Tuesday!
Today we are showing you cards that are made in the "slide puzzle" design.
You know those puzzles with the sliding pieces and the picture is all jumbled up until you figure out the puzzle by sliding the pieces into the correct spots? That's the look that this technique brings to your cards.
You can see a video on this technique by clicking HERE.

Here is the card that I created using this technique:

For my flowers, I used the flower stamp from the Fun Pockets set and randomly stamped that onto some white cardstock with VersaMark and then heat embossed it with some clear embossing powder. After it was embossed, I took some ink and rubbed it all over my card. I took a paper towel and wiped over the top of my card once I had inked it to reveal my flowers.  Once I had all my pieces cut and adhered to my card front, I cut out my frame and stamped the border by using the Fancy Frame Stamp & Die Set. My greeting came from the More Of My Favorite Sayings stamp set. I popped it up with some foam adhesive and added a few green gems. I love trying new techniques and I am so happy with the end result of my card.

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog today and taking a look at my latest creation!
I really appreciate it!
