Today I have another project to show you that features one of the new sets from
For this project, I used another sentiment from the new set titled
I love this set so much that I can't seem to stay away from it haha!
Anywho, onto my card:
As soon as I saw this greeting, I immediately thought of birthday candles being blown out. This little girl doing just that from Pretty Paper Pretty Ribbons was perfect! I added just a bit of patterned paper along one edge of the card and then stamped my greeting onto a piece of the blue textured cardstock and then just notched the end to make a little banner and adhered to the card front. I also added some Liquid Applique to the cake to give the look of frosting and added some yellow stickles to the candle flames. Easy peasy but oh so cute!
