Hi crafty friends!
I hope you are all having a terrific Tuesday!
Today I have a card to share with you that I made with a few challenges in mind.
The first challenge was for the sketch challenge over at
The second challenge is for the
Here is a look at the cards that I made.
I love Doodlebug papers but i have always had a hard time trying to figure out what to do with the little cut aparts that come in the 6x6 paper pads. They are so little so I normally just add some to my project life albums but the sketch over at Sketch N Scrap was a lightbulb moment for me! lol! I created two card bases out of some Kraft cardstock and die cut 2 white scallop rectangles. I figured while I had everything out, I would try and make 2 cards. (My card stash is getting a little low). I cut out some patterned papers, adhered them to my white card layer and added a bit of ribbon before adding it to my card base. I finished off the cards with a couple of the little cut aparts popped up with foam tape and jazzed them up with just a bit of glossy accents. Oh! and of course a bow :)
Here is a look at my second card, which I thought went perfectly for the challenge over at
Both cards were made with the same materials but I love how they are the same yet different :)
Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by my blog today and taking a look at my latest creation!
I really appreciate it!
I hope you have a great crafty day!
