Hi everyone and happy Saturday!
You don't need to use a Di's Digi image or even a digital stamp to enter the challenge though, as long as you follow the theme. You can find more about the rules and requirements on the challenge blog.
The challenge that started today is....
"Welcome Spring"
Here is a look at the project that I created:
Isn't this image, Izzy's Spring Walk*, just the sweetest?
My card was pretty simple to make. I started by creating a top folding white A2 card and layering some pretty floral patterned paper on top that I had die cut using a scallop rectangle die. I cut a strip of pink paper from the patterned paper stack and adhered that on top of my floral paper, making sure it reached all the way across to the card edges. I printed out the Izzy's Spring Walk* onto a piece of white Hammermill paper and colored it with my Copic markers. Once I had it colored in, I used a stitched die to cut it out. I knew I was going to add a bow so I stamped my greeting off to one side so that my bow didn't interfere too much with being able to read the greeting. I added my image panel to my card front and added some pink enamel dots and some details with a white gel pen to complete my card.
I think this turned out so simple and sweet!
