I recently became a grandma (aka Mimi) for the very first time!!
To say I am smitten would be an understatement!
Here is a look at the card that I created to welcome him home 💙
I started by creating a white A2 top folding card. I used the Card Mat Dies to cut out a piece of plaid patterned paper and then I used one of the Stitched Oval Dies to create a window. I popped it up with foam tape to my card base and added a little onesie that I cut out using the Baby Dies into the center of the opening. I used the Candy Charms & Banner Dies to die cut a little white circle for the middle of the onesie and added an enamel turtle from Doodlebug Designs. I die cut some stars using the Star Dies and added them to my card along with some white Nuvo drops and green enamel hearts. I used one of the sentiments from the New Baby Stamp Set and die cut it out using the Mini Tag Dies 3.
For the inside, I used the Card Mat Dies, Star Dies and the New Baby Stamp Set.
Be sure to check out the Jaded Blossom blog to see what the rest of the DT made, they never disappoint!
I hope you will play along, I would love to see what you make!
