Happy Friday! Here are today's cards. The first one is the Circle card. #17 in the book.
When I looked at this card and saw the "Oh Happy Day", all I could think about is how excited my daughter is getting the closer it gets to her graduation date. So, I decided to make it a graduation card for one of her friends. I used their school colors of orange, black and white. I used fit to page and cut it out at 4". After it was all assembled, I used my signo white gel pen to do some faux stitching and some dots on the letters. The graduation cap is a glitter sticker from Reminisce.
Supplies Used:
Cricut (Wild Card Cartridge)
ATG 714
Signo Gel Pen
Sticker (Reminisce)
Ribbon (Offray)
White Cardstock (Georgia Pacific)
The second card today is the Thanks card. #18 in the book.
I love the shape of this card. I think it is so cute! I used fit to page and everything was cut out at 6 1/4" except for the hat. I cut the hat out at 5" and then used some dimensionals to pop it off the card.
Supplies Used:
Cricut (Wild Card cartridge)
Cuttlebug (Traffic Jam)
ColorBox Fluid Chalk (Blue Lagoon)
Stickles (Orange)
Ribbon (Offray)
White Cardstock (Georgia Pacific)
Stampin' Up! (Dimensionals)
Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by and take a look!

Wild Card Friday!
Happy Friday! I don't know about you guys, but I am so ready for the weekend. :) The cards made with the Wild Card Cartridge this friday are the All in One #15 in the book and the Tweety #16 in the book.
The All in One is a gift card holder. I played around with this one so I could get an accurate meaurement that a gift card would fit in. The size that I found to work best was 4 1/4". The gift card does fit a little snug but it is a really good fit.
Here is what it looks like opened up:
The next card is the Tweety #16 in the book. I cut this one out at 5 1/4".
I used the border punch along the top of the liner and then wrapped some DMC yellow floss around it before I attached it to the card front. Thanks so much for taking the time to stop in and take a look at my blog. I really appreciate it! :)
Supplies Used:
DCWV (Sweet Chocolate Frosting and Nusery Boy Glitter Chicks)
Martha Stewart (Arch Lattice Border Punch)

You Give Me Butterflies
Good morning! Over at Paper Therapy this week is a color challenge. Below is a list of the colors we had to use:
I am a newbie to Stampin' Up! products, so my collection from them isn't quite what I want it to be just yet. Believe me, I am working on it though! haha! I did my best trying to match the colors as close as I could with papers I had in my stash. This is what I came up with:
I used my Straight from the Nest cricut cartridge and cut the butterfly and its layers out at 3". The phrase was then cut out at 2". I was a little scared about these colors at first, but I am quite pleased with how the card turned out. Thanks for taking the time to stop in and take a look!
Supplies:
Cricut (Straight from the Nest)
Stickles (Stardust)
Fiskars (Apron Lace Border Punch)
Ribbon (Offray)
Stampin'Up! (Whisper White Cardstock and Dimensionals)

Thinking Of You
Here is the card I made for the My Pink Stamper Challenge (Pink, Green and Black). I had so much fun playing along. I have never worked with this color combination before so this was quite the challenge for me, but I think the card came out so cute! I just love it! I wanted Piglet (cut at 4") to hold a flower, so I free hand cut a stem out of my scrap green paper and attached a prima flower to it. Voila! Thanks so much for taking the time to stop in and take a look!
Supplies:
Cuttlebug (Swiss Dots Embossing Folder)
Cricut (Pooh Font Set cartridge)

Wild Card #13 and #14
Hello All! I hope everybody's weekend is going well. So sorry I am late in posting this....again! My kiddos being on Spring Break has completely threw my schedule off track.
Here are the next 2 cards in my Wild Card series. The First one is #13 Tied Up in the book. I used fit to page and everything was cut out at 2 3/4".
The second on is #14 triangle in the book. I have to say, so far, this card is my least favorite. I just don't know what to do with it. :( Again, I used fit to page and everything was cut out at 6 1/4".
Thanks for taking the time to stop in and take a look!

MojoMonday Week 133
Happy Tuesday! It was very bright and hot here today. About 90 degrees. A little warm for the beginning of April. I can't complain though, I would rather be hot than cold. I stayed inside basking in the cold air from the AC and was able to make my card for MojoMonday Week 133. I got the free digital stamp from Frugal Ideas from the Parsonage I had a lot of fun coloring the image and working with the sketch from Mojo Monday. Thanks for taking to time to stop by and take a look!

Cuttlebug
Martha Stewart (Floral Lace Border Punch)

Wild Card 11 and 12
Happy Monday! I am so sorry I did not get around to posting these on Friday. I woke up on Friday with a very sore neck, must have slept on it wrong, and then with Easter weekend and my kids starting Spring Break, things have just been a little crazy. :)
Here are the next 2 cards in the Wild Card Series. The first one is #11 in the book called Swoop. I used the fit to page feature on my expression and got the measurement of 4". Everything was cut out using that measurement. I think this card came out really cute.
The second card is #12 in the book called Leaf. There are so many possibilities for this window card. I went ahead and went with the Autumn, but I love window cards and I really think I will be using this card base quite a bit. I used fit to page on my expression and got the measurement of 6 1/4". I cut everything out at that size EXCEPT for the little leaf icons. They were cut out at 2" each.
Thanks for taking the time to stop in and take a look! Have a great day!
