Let's Be Frank...

 Hi friends!

I hope are having a fabulous day!

Today starts a new challenge over at the

Use Die Cuts, Stencils or Both!

Here is a look at the card that I created:

I had so much fun with making this card. Here's how I did it:
I cut a piece of white cardstock using a stitched die & used a rectangle stencil to lightly ink a green focal point. Once I had the green rectangle there, I used a polka dot stencil to add a few dots for a bit of whimsy. I wanted my focal point to stand out just a bit more, so I took a black micron pen and went around the perimeter of my inked rectangle and added a few dashes here and there to mimic Frankenstein's scar. I layered my white panel onto a piece of silver glitter cardstock and then adhered it to a black A2 card base.  I built my little Frankenstein using a die from Spellbinders and popped him up onto my card with some foam tape. I heat embossed my greeting with some white embossing powder onto a strip of black cardstock and popped it up with more foam tape.
How fun is this little Frankenstein?? I adore how this turned out!

I hope you will stop by the Addicted To Stamps & More challenge blog to see the fabulous cards the team made as well as joining us and playing along! I would love to see what you create!

Thank you so much for stopping by today and taking a look at our latest creation!

Ghoul Friends

Hi crafty friends!
I hope you are having a fabulous day so far!
Today I'm back to share another project made with some of the new products being released this week at Ink N Splatter.

I used the new stamp set, Enchanting Charlotte, along with the coordinating die to create this fun Halloween card:

Here's how I made my card: I started with a purple A2 cardbase and layered some patterned paper from the Wonky Halloween Paper Pad, along with a strip of black glitter paper and a green thread bow on top. Once I had that done, it was time to create my little scene. I die cut another piece of purple cardstock and used the Cloudy Day Stencil, along with some Black Soot Distress Ink to create some clouds.  I used some gold watercolor and randomly placed some droplets to act as stars before adding my background scene. I inked up my grassy area with some distress inks, added my sentiment from the Enchanting Charlotte stamp set and popped it up onto my card with some foam tape. I stamped Enchanting Charlotte with some Black Versamark ink and used some clear embossing powder to heat set her before coloring her with my Copic markers. Once I had her colored, I used the coordinating die to cut her out and popped her up onto my card with more foam tape. I love how it turned out!

Copic Colors used:

Trick Or Treat Bag

Hi everyone!
I hope you are all having a fabulous day!
(even though it's a Monday haha!)

Today Ink N Splatter is releasing some new stamps, dies and papers!
Woohoo!!
I will be sharing a cute little project that I made with some of the new products.
Here is a look at what I made to share:

I used the Ghostly Haunts stamp set and coordinating dies. There are so many adorable little images in this set but this little guy Trick or Treat was screaming for me to make a little goody bag with him. haha! Here is how I made my bag: I die cut my bag from some black cardstock using the Favor Bag die from Mama Elephant. I cut a piece of pattern paper from the Spooky Nights paper pack to fit on the front and added some thin black glitter paper stripes. I die cut a ric rak circle using some more patterned paper from the Spooky Nights paper pack and layered a black glitter circle on top. Next I started building my little scene. I colored some fence pieces from the Gossip Chicks stamp set, used the coordinating dies to cut them out, and added them to a white die cut circle. I stamped and die cut that little ghost from the Ghostly Haunts stamp set, twice. I colored one entire ghost with my Copics and only the Trick or Treat bag on the other. I fussy cut the bag out, tucked some little candies in and popped up the front of the bag with foam tape to give my image a little 3D effect. I added him in front of the fence with more foam tape and adhered his little bat friend. I used some residual ink on my blending brushes to ink around the white circle just a bit and splattered (very carefully) a bit of white acrylic paint. I glued my circle onto the front of my bag and added a few black confetti stars. I completed my bag by adding a bow to the handle and my sentiment under my scene.

I added some white candy ghosts to the inside of my bag and a little velcro dot to the inside of the handle to keep it closed. So cute!! I can't help but smile every time I see this adorable little ghost. :)

Copic Colors Used:
**Ghosts: B0000, B000, R00**
**Trick or Treat Bag/Candy: YR02, YR04, YR07, YR09, V12, V15, YG01, YR02, BG0000**
**Bat: C2, C3, C6, 100**
**Fence: E42, E44, E49**

I would also like to play along with the following challenges:

Best Witches

Hi friends!
I hope are having a fabulous day!

Today starts a new challenge over at the

Here is a look at the card that I created:

I love all things Halloween so of course I just had to make a Halloween card hehe! My card was pretty simple to make as well. I started with a digital image from The Paper Shelter called My Adorable Little Witch and colored her with my Copic markers. Once I had her colored up, I used my Scan N Cut to cut her out & set her to the side while I worked on my actual card design. I die cut some thin  frames from some black cardstock, adhered them to my card and stamped my sentiment with some black ink onto the right side. I placed my witch next to my sentiment, popping her up with some foam tape. I used a border punch to create a spider web and added a strip of patterned paper on top. I added some black twine before popping up my strip to the top of my card with more foam tape. I felt like my card still needed a little something though, so I stamped a tiny little spider, added a little shimmer to him with a clear wink of stella pen and added a few doodles along the perimeter of the card. I think that little witch is too cute!

Copic Colors used:
**Skin/Lips/Eyes: E04, E11, E00, E000, R30, RV32, YG61**
**Hair: E21, E23, E25**
**Shoes/Hat: C2, C4, C6, 100, YR12, YR14**
**Sock/Dress: V12, V15, V17, YG61, YG63**
**Pumpkin: YG61, YG63, YR12, YR14, YR18**

Hello Fall!

 Hi friends!
I hope you are having a fabulous day!
Today I have a card to share with you that I made with a few challenges in mind.
The challenges that I will be playing along with are:
&

Here is a look at the card that I created:

I had so much fun creating this card! I started by adding some layers (kraft scallop and patterned paper) onto an A2 white cardbase. Next, I stamped my images from the Happy Fall stamp set from Gerda Steiner, colored them with my Copic markers and fussy cut them out. I very lightly inked around a white cardbase with some residual ink left on my ink blending brushes in blue and brown and starting building my scene. I used my Cricut to die cut my greeting and added my little squirrel and tree stump. Once I had those elements adhered, I started randomly adding my leaves and acorns. I tied a hemp twine bow to my card base before popping up my image panel onto my card with foam tape. I completed the card by adding just a few little Nuvo drops to the bottom for a little interest.

Copic Colors Used:
**Squirrel: E40, E41, E42, E43, E44, E04, R30**
**Tree Stump: E31, E33, E35, E37**

Apple Of My Eye

Hi friends!
I hope you are having a wonderful day!

I'm happy to announce that there is a new challenge blog called The Four Seasons Challenge
and I'm on the design team!
It is a monthly challenge that will be anything goes for the season that we are currently in. Each month there will be a photo for inspiration that you may use to help guide you as well.

Here is a look at the photo inspiration for this month:

Here is the card that I created based on the above inspirational photo:

Every fall we try to go apple picking as a family. When I saw the inspiration photo, I knew that I wanted to gravitate towards our Fall tradition of apple picking. My card was actually pretty simple to create. I used a digital stamp from Mo's Digital Pencil and colored in the image with my Copic markers. Once I had it colored in the way I wanted, I used a Cross Stitch Die to cut it out. I added some patterned paper to the top to fill in the empty space, tied a twine bow and popped it up onto my scalloped patterned paper piece with foam tape. I then popped up that piece onto my light kraft cardbase with more foam tape. I added a few little white doodles to her overalls and the apples to complete my card. I just love how this turned out and I think this image to just too cute!

Copic Markers Used:
**Skin: E50, E51, E21, R20**
**Hair: Y21, E31, E33**
**Overalls: B21, B34, B37**
**Boots: E42, E43, E44**
**Shirt: Y19, Y17**
**Plaid Shirt: E40. E43**
**Basket: E31, E33, E35, E37, E40, E41**
**Ladder: E21, E23**
**Apples: Y11, R24, R39, YG01, YG03, Y13, Y17**
**Grass/Sky: YG63, YG93, YG91, B0000**
