A Very Merry Critter Christmas Card

Hi crafty friends! I hope you are all having a wonderful day!
I wanted to pop in real quick and share a card that I made with a couple of challenges in mind.

The challenges that I am entering are:
&

Here is a look at the card that I created to share with you today:

I purchased this cute little stamp set from Lawn Fawn back in September, so I was so happy to actually pull it out of the packaging and get it inked up! I stamped all those fun images, colored them with my Copics, used the dies to cut them out and set them aside while I worked on the rest of my card. I covered a white card base with some fun snowflake patterned paper from Lawn Fawn. I created my frame by using a die from Jaded Blossom and cutting it from some white glitter cardstock. I used the Stitched Journaling Card from Lawn Fawn to create the focal point for my scene. I used some snowy paper for my background and then some more of the glitter cardstock for my snowy hills. I adhered my images, popping up some with foam tape and adhered my focal piece to my card front. I added my greeting along the top and placed a few snowflake sequins and white Nuvo drops to complete my little scene.

I went with more of a traditional feel for this card with the color scheme, white Christmas and the star on top of the tree.
I think this is so cute! I adore these sweet little bunnies!

Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by today and take a look at my latest creation!
I really appreciate it!
I hope you have a great crafty day!

Hi everyone!!
I hope you are all having a fabulous Sunday!
Can you believe it is December??
Today starts a new challenge over at the Jaded Blossom Blog!! Yay!!!

This month's challenge is.......
Christmas!!

Here is a look at what I created to share with you:

I thought it would be cute to make a little bag filled with some candy kisses. I created my bag using some white cardstock and the Goody Bag Die. I cut out my top layer piece using the Goody Bag Die and some green dotted patterned paper. I stamped my greeting from the Holly Jolly Christmas stamp set with some red ink, used the Mini Tag Dies 3 to cut it out and popped it up with some foam tape onto the bottom of my bag. I colored that adorable Santa from the Holly Jolly Christmas stamp set with my Copics, cut him out with my Scan N Cut and popped him up with some more foam tape. I added a little handle by punching a hole on each side of my bag and threading some red tinsel garland through it. I completed my bag with a few white Nuvo drops. I added some green crinkle paper and some Santa themed kisses and voila! Super easy and super cute!!

Be sure to check out the Jaded Blossom blog to see what the rest of the DT made, they never disappoint!
I hope you will play along with us, I would love to see what you make!

Now onto the hop!

Here what I created to share with you today using the new stamps and dies!

I have two adult children and thought they would get a kick out of some little novelty candy gifts so I made a couple of little "poop" themed ones.

First up is this adorable little deer and his funny little greeting from the Reindeer Droppings stamp set. I stamped it with some black ink onto a red tag that I cut out using the Rounded Tag Die (love love love). I then stamped the images onto some white cardstock, colored them with my Copics, fussy cut them out and popped them up onto my tag with some foam tape. I added a fun little brown polka dot layer onto the top of my tag using one of the layering pieces included in the Rounded Tag Die set. I filled a tube up with some malted milk balls and added my tag with some white tulle and jingle bells. I completed it with a few Nuvo Drops and sequins.

Next up is this sweet little snowman! I completed this tag in the same fashion as the one above, I inked my greeting from the Snowman Kisses stamp set onto some colored patterned paper with black ink and the images onto some white cardstock. I did some simple Copic coloring, fussy cut them out and popped them up with some foam tape. I used the scalloped layering piece for the top of my tag this time versus the zig zag style above. I love that you have options! I filled this tube up with some little candy coated chocolate balls.

I think these are so cute and really think they are going to get a kick out of them!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I also fell in love with the new Mason Jar Die and just had to create a little gift that incorporated it somehow.
I filled my mason jar with some Candy Cane Kisses and cut a piece of red fabric to go under the lid. Once I had the jar closed, I started working on my tag. I used the Mason Jar Die and cut it from some white cardstock, along with some candy cane patterned paper and some glitter cardstock for the lid. I used the Scallop Circle Dies and cut out a piece of red cardstock and adhered that to the front of my jar tag. I stamped my greeting from the Peppermint Season stamp set and used the Stitched Circle Dies to cut it out. I layered it on top of my red scallop circle and added some peppermints from the Christmas Banner Dies in the center. I used a hole punch to punch a hole in the corner of my tag and tied it to my jar with some red and white cording and jingle bells.
I also added a few enamel peppermints from Doodlebug and some white Nuvo Drops.
I think this came together perfectly and will make such a easy, but cute gift.
Adventure Layout
Hi crafty friends!
I hope you are all having a wonderful Tuesday!
I wanted to pop in quickly today and share a layout that I created  for the challenge over at
As soon as I saw this sketch, I knew the photo that I wanted to create a layout for. It has been awhile since I have created a layout and it pretty much took me almost the entire month to finish it! haha! I had so much fun though and I love creating layouts! I just never seem to have many pictures anymore since the kids are grown, but anywho, here is the layout that I created based on the above sketch:
My hubby and I recently took a little day adventure and went for a ride on his bike to see all the colors of Fall. At one of our stops, we snapped this selfie and I loved the picture of the two of us so much that I printed it out almost as soon as we got home that evening lol! I will add some journaling about our day to the kraft space under the photo before I add it to my layout display in my craft room. I used up some older papers from my stash for my layout and fussy cut the Harley logo off of a clothing price tag. Gotta love that!!
Thanks so much for stopping by today and taking a look at my latest creation!
I really appreciate it!
I hope you have a great crafty day!
Special Delivery
Hi everyone!
Today is my day to post over at the Jaded Blossom blog and I made a couple of easy and simple little Christmas themed gifts to share with you today.
I purchased some little packages of candy and thought they would be cute dressed up a little for Christmas. These were so easy to do! I simply cut my cardstock to match the width of my treat package and then scored lengthwise so that it could wrap around. I decorated the front with some fun patterned paper from Doodlebug and then created the tag to hang onto the front. I stamped that adorable saying from the Sweets of the Season stamp set, did some simple coloring along with a tiny bit of paper piecing for the present and then used the Treat Tag Die to cut it out. I wrapped some bright green tulle around the top, attached my tag and tied it off with a bow. I added a few Nuvo drops, sequins and jingle bells to complete my project.
The candy bag slides out by lifting the tulle up just a bit.
I think these came out really cute and I am loving the brighter mix of colors!
I went ahead and made two while I had the supplies out. I love doing that!
Thanks so much for stopping by today and taking a look at my latest creation!
I really appreciate it!
I hope you have a great crafty day!
Jaded Blossom's November Release Blog Hop!
Now if you're here from Tina's Blog you're in the right place, if you're just passing through start at the beginning because you don't want to miss a thing.  I also have the complete line up at the bottom.
Here is what I made to share with you today:
How cute is this little snowman hat?? I followed a tutorial that I found on YouTube from Connie Stewart (Tutorial Link) to create it. I started with some black cardstock for my hat and brim. Once I had those pieces cut out, I added a bit of white glitter cardstock for the hat band. I assembled my hat and started decorating. I used that new beautiful Poinsettia die from Jaded Blossom for my flower. I love this die so much!! I created my flower by using the Small Poinsettia Die for the petals and leaves and the Poinsettia Die for the gold swirls. I filled my hat with some peppermint candy and tied it closed with a white tulle bow. I used the Joyful Stamp set and heat embossed my greeting with some white embossing powder onto some red cardstock and used the Mini Tag Dies 3 to cut it out. I attached it to my tulle bow with some red crochet string and some green jingle bells.
How cute!!!
That poinsettia is seriously the star of the show! It is so incredibly pretty and I can't wait to use it more this season.
Hey crafty friends!!
It's day 4 of the Jaded Blossom November Release and we are showing you a super cute new stamp set called, Joyful.
Here is a look at what I created to share with you today:
I love all things Snowmen so I am loving this new stamp set! I decided to make a fun little gift bag to hold some candy "snowballs" to give away as a little gift. I used the Goody Bag Die and some red cardstock to create my bag. I cut my top layer out from some white cardstock and embossed it with a Swiss Dots embossing folder. I colored that adorable snowman from the Joyful stamp set with my Copics and cut it out with my Scan N Cut. I heat embossed my greeting from the Joyful stamp set with some white embossing powder onto some red cardstock and adhered it to the top of my bag. I popped up my snowman and added some glossy accents to his string of lights. I completed my bag with some snowflake sequins and some white Nuvo drops.
I added some white crinkle paper and 4 of the candies to the inside of my bag.
So super cute!!
Trashy and Classy & Cozy Fox.
Here is a look at the project that I created to share with you today:
I love the sentiments on this stamp set and wanted to make a little gift for a coffee lover.
I used the Crate Die and cut some gray woodgrain cardstock to create my little crate. Once I had that built, I stamped and colored that adorably hip little raccoon from the Trashy and Classy stamp set. I used my Scan N Cut to cut him out and glued him to the front of my crate. I stamped my greeting and used the Mini Tag Dies 3 to cut it out. I adhered it to the crate, tucking it behind Mr. Racoon just a bit.  I added a little enamel heart to his mug and some little enamel holly leaves to my greeting to complete my crate.
I added some paper shred and some coffee to the inside. I got 2 KCups to fit in here by simply turning one upside down . So super cute and fun!!
Here is a closer look at the sets being showcased today:
