Cool Holiday Wishes

Hi everyone!
Today I would like to share a Christmas card with you that I created using those awesome

I started out by creating my card base from some pink cardstock and using the Scallop Rectangle Dies 2 for my layers. I used the Border Dies 2 to create my snowy hill from some glitter cardstock. I tucked some trees from the Christmas Dies behind my snowy hill and stamped my greeting from the Penguin Dress Up stamp set with some black ink. I colored that adorable penguin from the Penguin Dress Up stamp set with my Copic markers and popped it up with some foam tape. I completed my card by adding some white Nuvo drops to mimic some snow :)

I made 2 cards while I had all the supplies out. I love doing that! 2 Christmas cards done, a whole lot more to go!! lol!!

Thank you so much for stopping by today!
I really appreciate it!
I hope you have a great crafty day!

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

Here is a look at what I created to share with you today:

That adorable little Alex - Fantastic was just screaming for me to use him lol! I colored him with my Copic markers, used the Alex Outline Die to cut him out and set him aside to work on my background! I used the Stars & Stripes stencil and some Fossilized Amber Distress Oxide ink to create my starry background. I added my Alex image and stamped the You Are, also from the Alex - Fantastic stamp set. I finished my card by using the Fantastic Die and cutting it from some glitter cardstock.  I think it turned out so cute!!!

Being a Potterhead, I couldn't stop at just one project. I knew I also had to make something using the Sam - You're A Keeper stamp set. I decided to make a topper for a little bag that was filled with some yummy treats.

I colored Sam with my Copic markers and used the coordinating Sam Outline die to cut him out. I cut a burgundy octagon by using the Octagon Dies from Jaded Blossom and popped up Sam with some foam tape. I stamped my greeting from the Wizards 2 set onto a piece of white cardstock, angled one end and attached it to my octagon. I adhered my Octagon and Sam image to a white doily and added some enamel dots from Stamp Anniething along with a few sequins. I attached it to my bag with a little metal clip and tied a bow with some twine.

Inside are a couple of yummy magical treats :)

Happy Halloween Candy Jar

Hi everyone!
Today I have a fun Halloween jar to share with you that I decorated using those awesome

I found this cute little jar at my local Dollar Tree and thought it would be fun to dress it up a bit.  I cut a strip of patterned paper and wrapped it around the perimeter of the lid. I used the Stitched Circle Dies and cut some patterned paper from Doodlebug and layered them on top of my lid. My greeting came from the Halloween Signs stamp set (I love that font!) and I layered a Witch Hat from the Halloween Dies on top and then popped up it up with some foam tape. I added some enamel stars, Nuvo drops and a big fluffy tulle bow to complete the look of my jar.

I think it turned out so cute and will make such a fun little gift to give to someone or even to keep on my desk lol!

Jaded Blossom's October Release Blog Hop!!!

Hey Everyone!  Welcome to Jaded Blossom's October 2018 Release Blog Hop.
Now if you're here from Candace's Blog you're in the right place, if you're just passing through start at the beginning because you don't want to miss a thing.  I also have the complete line up at the bottom.

Here is a look at what I created to share with you today:

I decided to make a fun little box filled with some peppermints for a little Christmas gift. I created my box by using the Handled Gift Box Die and cutting it from some striped patterned paper. I assembled my box and added a green scalloped border sticker below the handle. I made a crepe paper rosette and cleaned it up a bit by running it through my Big Shot with one of the circles from the Stitched Circle Dies. I layered it with a scallop circle from the Scallop Circle Dies and a white circle from the Stitched Circle Dies that I stamped with a cute little candy cane from the Holiday Fun stamp set. I heat embossed my greeting from the Sweets of the Season stamp set with some white embossing powder and used the Mini Tag Dies 3 to cut it out. I popped up my greeting and rosette with some foam tape and added a few sequins and Nuvo drops to my box. I tied it closed with some red tulle.

I think it turned out so pretty and will make a perfect little gift to give to a co-worker, postal worker, teacher, etc.

Jaded Blossom's October Release: Day 4!!

Hey crafty friends and happy Thursday!!
Today is day 4 of the Jaded Blossom October Release and we are showing you a really cute set called, Succulent Christmas. There are a lot of really cute images and puns on this set!!

I loved this little greeting/pun as soon as I saw it!! For some reason it just gave me a chuckle so of course I knew I wanted to make a card with it. I started out with a red card base and used the Card Mat Dies to cut some plaid paper to layer on top. I stamped my greeting from the Succulent Christmas set and used the Label Shape Dies to cut it out and to also mat it. I colored that cute little Santa Cactus and popped it up with some foam tape. I finished my card by adding a vellum bow that I cut out using the Bow Dies and some flat back pearls.

Here is a closer look at the set being showcased today:

Thanks so much for stopping by!!

The sets we are showing you today are called Christmas Coffee Art & Sweets of the Season.
Here is a look at what I created to share with you today:

I thought it would be fun to create a little "postage stamp" pocket to put this fun greeting from the Sweets of the Season on. I used the Postage Dies and shortened them slightly to fit my specifications for the look I was going for. Once I had two of them, I put adhesive on the bottom and sides, making sure to leave the top free to create a pocket. I stamped my greeting onto some white cardstock and did a little simple coloring with some Copic markers. I adhered it to some green glitter cardstock and added it to my postage stamp. I completed it by adding some white crochet thread and a little jingle bell.

The sets we are showing you today are called: Holiday Fun & Happy Faces.
Here is a look at what I created using the Holiday Fun set:

I thought it would be cute to use the Goody Bag Die to create a little gift bag filled with some peppermint candies. I stamped the candy cane from the Holiday Fun stamp set and colored it in with my Copic markers. I used a Stitched Circle Die to cut it out and layered it on top of a Scallop Circle Die that I cut from some gold glitter cardstock. I stamped my greeting from the Holly Jolly Christmas stamp set and layered it with more gold glitter cardstock. I used a hole punch to create a hole on each side of my bag and used some wired gold tinsel trim to create my handle. Super easy and I think it turned out so pretty!!
