Hocus Pocus with the Greeting Farm!!

 Hi everyone!
I am so excited, and a little nervous lol, to be a guest designer for The Greeting Farm for the month of September! Yay!!

I love all things Halloween so when I was thinking of what project I wanted to make first, my mind went to all the super cute witch images that The Greeting Farm has to offer and I finally decided to get the super cute witch from the Miss Anya All Year clear set inky and colored up!

I stamped her and the kitty onto a piece of white Hammermill cardstock using some Memento Tuxedo Black ink & colored her with my Copic Markers, taking some inspiration from the brightly colored patterned paper that I planned on using.

Copic Colors Used:
Skin: E50, E51, E21, E-4, R20
Hair: C4, C6, C8
Hat/Cape: RV06, RV09, RV17, YG03, YG05, YG07
Boots: C3, C5, C7, 100
Pumpkin: YR12, YR04, YR07, E33, YR14, Y04, Y08
Kitty: R20, C1, C3, C5

After my images were colored, I cut them out using my Scan N Cut and set them aside while I worked on my card. I created an A2 top folding card using some pink cardstock and doodled around the perimeter. I layered a piece of black cardstock on top, at an angle for some interest, and trimmed off the overhang. I stamped my sentiment and spider from the Hocus Pocus Kit* onto a piece of patterned paper and drew a line with a black pen to connect them. I also added some more doodling along with a piece of striped patterned paper to the bottom of my card.
*While the Hocus Pocus Kit isn’t available at the moment, it can be requested for a future Farmers Market using the Contact Page on the store site.

I popped up my images with some foam tape for a little dimension and added some black twine and  black gems to complete my card.

I love the bright colors and of course, that super cute witch and her friends!

Thank you so much for stopping by today!
I really appreciate it!
I hope you have a great crafty day!

Black Cat Brewery

Hi everyone and happy Wednesday!

Today is my day to post over at the Jaded Blossom blog
and I have one last candy box for this Halloween season to share with you.

I used the Milk Carton Die and cut out my pieces using black cardstock. I cut out patterned paper strips and used the Border Dies to create a scallop border along the top and bottom edges and wrapped it around the middle portion of my milk carton. I stamped my image using the Black Cat Brewery stamp set onto a piece of white cardstock with black ink. Once it was dry, I used the layering pieces that come with the Milk Carton Die to cut it out, as well as another piece of patterned paper for the top section of the box. I adhered a few clay stars, some bats cut out using the Halloween Banner Dies & added some glossy accents to the remaining stars for some finishing touches. To close my box, I used some bright pink Tulle and tied it into a bow.

Fun and bright! I love it!

Thank you so much for stopping by my blog today and taking a look at my latest creation!
I really appreciate it!
I hope you have a great crafty day!

Ghostly Halloween

Hi everyone!
I hope your day is off to a great start!

I wanted to pop in real quick and share another Halloween card that I made.

I used this super cute stamp from Unity and stamped it onto a piece of white Hammermill cardstock and did some pretty simple Copic Coloring. I took a piece of striped patterned paper, trimmed it down, and used a circle die to create an opening in the bottom corner. I adhered it to my white cardstock, making sure the image showed in the opening. I die cut a piece of black glitter paper, nesting two circle dies together to create a frame, trimmed it down and added that between my patterned paper and my ghost.
I added some paper strips to the top, along with a crochet thread bow, and popped it up onto a black card base with foam tape. I added my sentiment, a few glittery die cut bats and some doodling to complete my card.

I think that little ghost is so incredibly cute!

Copic Colors Used:
--Ghost: C00, C0--
--Hat: C2, C4, C6, YR14, YR16, YR18--
--Pumpkin: YR14, YR16, YR18--

Boo!

Hi everyone and happy Wednesday!

Today is my day to post over at the Jaded Blossom blog
and I have a spooky cute candy box to share with you.

I created my box by using some black cardstock and the Coffin Die. Once I had my box built, I die cut the orange layer by using the layering piece that comes with the Coffin Die, added some doodling and adhered that to the lid of my box. I used the Doily Dies to cut out a piece of black glitter cardstock and added a striped circle that I cut using the Stitched Circle Dies. I placed a tag that I cut out using the Mini Tag Dies 2 to the center, added the BOO from the Halloween Dies 2 and some black enamel dots. I added my doily piece to the lid and added two little ghost from the Halloween Banner Dies to complete my box.

I thought this would be a fun little surprise to sneak into my hubby's lunchbox for a little treat.
I added some chocolate peanut butter ghost candy to the inside.
Yum!

Witchy Wishes!

 Hi everyone and happy Wednesday!

Today is my day to post over at the Jaded Blossom blog
and I have a fun candy bar holder to share with you.

This was so super simple to make!
I started by creating my candy bar holder using some black cardstock the the Candy Bar Slider Die.
I used the stitched layering piece that comes with the Candy Bar Slider to cut out a piece of pink polka dot patterned paper and glued that to the front. I die cut a white oval using the Stitched Oval Dies and popped that up with some foam adhesive. I built my fun little witch by using the Girl Gnome Die & the Gnome Dies: Halloween Add Ons 2. Once I had her built, I added her to my white oval piece. I stamped my sentiment using the Bewitchy stamp set, inked around the edges and glued it to a double bow that I created using the Bow Dies. I adhered that to the top of my box and then added some puffy star and dot stickers to finish my project.

I added a chocolate bar to the inside.

Isn't it cute? I love how it turned out and so fun to gift!
These make fabulous little gifts to hand out to your hairstylists, postal workers, nail techs, etc!

Thank you so much for stopping by my blog today and taking a look at my latest creation!
I really appreciate it!
I hope you have a great crafty day!

Jaded Blossom's September Release Blog Hop!!

Hey Everyone!  Welcome to Jaded Blossom's September Stamp Release Blog Hop.

If you're here from Cynthia's Blog you're in the right place! If you're just passing through, be sure to start at the beginning because you don't want to miss a thing.  I will also have the complete line up at the bottom.

Here is what I made:

I thought it would be fun to make a little treat box filled with some candy to give to someone.

I started by creating my box by using the Octagon Treat Box and some black cardstock. I cut the Octagon Treat Box layering piece from a piece of pink cardstock and inked up some clouds using the Cloud Stencil and a tiny bit of black ink. I used the Rickety Fence Die and cut it from black cardstock, adding it to my pink layer and cutting off the excess overhang. I used to Border Dies 2 to create a little hill from green cardstock and added a few pumpkins that I cut out using the Build A Booth: Halloween Add Ons. I built my bear by using the Gnome Friends: Bear Die & Gnome Dies: Halloween Costume Add Ons 2 and added her to my box front. I completed my box by adding some bats from the Halloween Banner Dies and stars from the Embellishment Clusters Die.

Gummy Bears were the perfect treat to put inside!

I really don't know who I am giving this to, but in case I decide to mail this to someone, I made a little card to accompany it. I created a 3x3 card out of black cardstock and layered some patterned paper on top. I used the Label Shape Dies 1 and cut out a piece of orange patterned paper, adhering that to the center of my card. I stamped a sentiment using the Ghostly Greetings stamp set and used the Ghostly Greetings Outline Dies to cut it out, popping it up with foam tape. I added some stars from the Embellishment Clusters Die and a bat from the Halloween Banner Dies. I finished my card with a couple of puffy icon stickers and a orange tulle bow.

I think this is such an adorable little set!
