Happy Birthday To You!

Hi everyone!

I hope you are all having a good day...staying safe, healthy and finding things to do to stay entertained.

 I decided since we were staying home, it was the perfect time to play with some stamps and enter a few challenges. 

The challenges that I am entering are:

Here is a look at the card that I created to play along with the above challenges:

I created my card by making an A2 card base from some white cardstock and covering it with some fun patterned paper. Next, I stamped a few of the images from the You're Just My Type stamp set from Lawn Fawn and colored them with my Copics and used the coordinating dies to cut them out. I used a Cross Stitch die to cut out my white layer and then glued on my colored pieces. I popped my image panel up with some foam tape onto a piece of yellow cardstock and adhered it to my card base. I added a fun banner along the top with some coordinating patterned papers and popped up a big balloon, letting the balloon string freely hang. I completed my card with a few sequins and my card was done! Easy peasy and oh so cute! I love that little mouse at the typewriter!!

Jaded Blossom's March Release Blog Hop!

Hey Everyone!  

Welcome to Jaded Blossom's March Stamp Release Blog Hop.  

Now if you're here from Lee-Ann's Blog, then you're in the right place.  If you're just passing through be sure to start at the beginning because you don't want to miss a thing.   I also have the complete line up at the bottom.
Here is a look at what I made to share with you today:

First up is an adorable little shaker card that is perfect for Easter. I started out by making an A2 white card base. I used the Rectangle Dies 2 and cut out my floral patterned paper and then used the Stitched Oval Dies to create my window opening. I sandwiched the same Stitched Oval Die with a Scallop Oval Die to create a white frame to go around my window and adhered that to my card. I filled my shaker opening with some fun shaker bits and adhered a piece of pink patterned paper to the back to hold everything in. I attached the shaker layer to my card base and started decorating to create my little scene. I used the Mushroom Dies to create my little grassy hill and colored that adorable little gnome from the Happy Easter Gnomie stamp set with my Copics. I added a few Easter eggs and a carrot from the Spring Banner Dies, as well as a fun little banner from the Banner Dies along the top of my card. I completed my card with a few white Nuvo drops. 

Next, I just had to make a fun little treat!

I used the Crate Die and cut my crate from some white cardstock. I added another grassy hill by using the Mushroom Dies and tucked more carrots from the Spring Banner Dies behind the grass. I colored that Gnome from the Happy Easter Gnomie stamp set and popped him up onto the front with foam tape. I thought that sentiment from the Easter Treats 2 was perfect so I stamped it with some black ink and used the Mini Tag Dies 2 to cut it out and adhered it to my box. 

I filled my little crate with some green crinkle paper and some chocolate shaped carrots, aka bunny bait lol!

Jaded Blossom's March Release: Day 5!

Today we are showing you projects featuring the freebie stamp set.

Here is a look at the project that I created to share with you today:

I just love this adorable little gnome holding that little carrot! I just had to use him! I decided to make a little purse by using the Pillow Box Die and cutting it from some light blue cardstock. Before I adhered my box together, I placed a strip of cardstock to the inside flap to act as my purse handle. I used the Label Shape Dies to cut a piece of plaid patterned paper as well as a piece of white cardstock. I stamped my greeting from the Happy Easter Gnomie stamp set and popped up my labels with some foam tape. I colored that sweet little gnome from the Spring Icons with my Copic markers, fussy cut him out and added him to my label. I finished my little purse by adding some enamel dots and some tulle to the handle.

Jaded Blossom's March Release: Day 4!

Hey crafty friends!!

It's day 4 of the Jaded Blossom March Release and we are showing you an adorable stamp set called, 

Clear Jar Spring Add Ons..

Here is a look at the card that I created to share with you today:

I started my card by creating a white card base and a layer of Mermaid cardstock that I cut out by using the Card Mat Dies. I added a strip of floral pattered paper, that I also cut out using the Card Mat Die and a white scallop border that I cut out using the Border Dies. I stamped my jar from the Clear Jar stamp set and added some of the flowers from the Clear Jar Spring Add Ons and colored them with my Copic markers. I had so much fun coloring up these sweet little flowers! I used the Stitched Square Dies to cut it out and added a fun little lid by using the Mason Jar Die and some crochet thread. I stamped my greeting from the Clear Jar Spring Add Ons and completed my card by adding some enamel dots to the upper right corner.

Here is a look at the fun little tag that I created to share with you today:

I found this bag of candy and thought it would be perfect for this cute little Gnome dressed as a bunny! 

This tag was so simple to make! I started by using the Treat Tag Die and cutting it from some pink patterned paper, as well as a piece of white patterned paper. I stamped that fun saying and image from the Easter Gnome Tags onto my white piece of cardstock and did a little Copic coloring for my Gnome. I adhered the pieces together and added a couple of flower shaped sequns and some white Nuvo drops and Voila!! Easy peasy tag that looks so incredibly cute and dresses up a plain bag of candy!! I tied it to my bag with some purple tulle to complete the look!
