Happy Cake Day!

Hi everyone!
Happy Monday!
I hope your weekend was fabulous!

Today I would like to share a card with you that I made for the challenge going on over at 

I am having a lot of fun playing along with these sketches and luckily I was able to put this one together and enter it before the challenge ends tomorrow. 

Here is the sketch for STB #14:


and here is the feminine birthday card that I created based off of the above sketch:


I bought that darling Penny Black stamp while I was on vacation last month and was so excited to actually be able to use her. I think she is adorable!
I don't know how clearly you can see it, but I added some glitter to the hair bow as well as the wings and cupcake to give my card a little sparkle.

I just linked up my card and then was looking through the other entries when I came across your darling card. I just bought this stamp at Hobby Lobby last weekend and inked it up for my daughter's birthday today. How funny that we used the same stamp - I giggled out loud when I saw that. I love the colors you used and where you placed your sentiment - wish I would have thought of that too. Hugs D

I love Penny Black stamps! I should probably buy some. LOL I love your card! WOW - I look at sketches and get stumped. Your card is so bright and cheery! I love the papers and soft colors you used. :) Janis
