Shopping Our Stash #287

Hi crafty friends!
I hope you are having a Terrific Tuesday so far 😀

Tuesday means that a new challenge is starting over at

For challenge #287, it is
Let's see some Gold Glittery Goodness!

Here is the card that I created:

I love the look of glitter but HATE the mess that it leaves behind, so I turned to patterned paper for this challenge lol! I created a black card base and adhered a piece of gold chevron glitter striped paper. I cut out a piece of turquoise cardstock, added ribbon and a bow and attached that to the glitter panel. I die cut the "hello" from black cardstock three times and glued them together to get it to pop off the card a bit more and added a turquoise butterfly to finish off my card

Neglected items from my stash that I used are:
  • Studio Gold Patterned Paper Pad
  • Butterfly Punch
Thanks so much for stopping by my blog and taking a look at my latest creation!
I really appreciate it!

Be sure to check out the Shopping Our Stash Challenge Blog to see the wonderful creations my Design Team Sisters created. I hope you will play and along and join in on the fun. I would love to see what you create!

❤ I hope you have a great crafty day! ❤

  9. Stacey, I think everybody has a love/hate relationship with GLITTER, looks beautiful but it will haunt you for days if you are not careful. Beware of a GLITTER accident in your craft room.....yikes!!
Your card is lovely, it looks like a beautifully wrapped present, awesome contrast of blue, black and gold.
GLITTER PAPER is less stressful to use than the loose stuff.
    Beautifully done.
    Hugs,
    Maria.
