Here is a peek at the cookie inspiration photo for this challenge:

I used a digi stamp that was provided by My Besties for my card.

After I had my image printed out, I colored her in with my Copic markers. Once she was all colored, I used a Spellbinder frame die to cut her out. I added some ribbon and my greeting to my card front and then popped up my image with some foam tape. I added some wink of stella for a little shimmer in a few places and added some pearls and a fun little bow to finish off my card.

Here is a peek at the cookie inspiration photo for this challenge:

I went with the shower aspect for the inspiration of my card and made an encouragement card.

I created my card base out of some light blue cardstock and placed my polka dot postage frame layer on top. I cut out another piece of the light blue cardstock and added my greeting and some grass. I cut out my clouds from some gray cardstock as well as some vellum, wrapped some crochet thread around it, tied a bow and popped it up with some foam tape. I colored and paper pieced my image, fussy cut it out and added it to my card. I finished it off with some glossy accents "raindrops" in a few spots.

I love all those little critters! They are just the cutest!!

I decided to go with the critter theme and group some together to create a fun little birthday card.

I stamped my critters onto some white cardstock and then colored them in using my Copic markers. I added a little chalk to their cheeks, along with some freckles. I layered that on top of a piece of patterned paper, punch a border with a punch and added to my Kraft card base. I finished off the card with some crochet thread, a bow and some white faux stitching.

I will also be sharing this at

I colored some of the images in the Chirpy Chirp Chirp stamp set and used the coordinating dies to cut them out. I layered them onto a white rectangle panel, used a grass die and created a little scene. I added some ribbon and a bow to opposite corners on my plaid paper and added everything to my purple cardbase. So cute!

Aren't these cookies cute???!!!

For some reason, I saw the dogs and the fire hydrant and my mind automatically went to a firestation dog. Might have something to do with my son being a firefighter I guess lol! I decided to use the cute little dalmation from the Create A Critter Cricut cartridge and make a fun little thank you card.

I cut my cute little dalmation out at 3", glued all his pieces together (there aren't many), gave him some cheeks and set him aside while I built my card base. I used a piece of red cardstock and layered a piece of black cardstock on top. I cut out some yellow polka dot paper from a circle die and cut it off so it lined up with my black cardstock. I added my doggy with some foam tape and added some white doodles. I stamped my greeting onto more of the polka dot paper and cut one end at an angle and also popped that up with some foam tape. Easy peasy but I love all the critters on the Create A Critter cartridge and loved using it again (it's been awhile lol)

Here is the card that I created based on the cookie photo:

I decided to make an easel card from a My Scrap Chick svg file. I cut all the layers out and inked the fence pieces. I assembled my card pieces, adding some glossy accents to the hinges and handle as well as some faux stitching on the grass. I cut out my "hello" five times and stacked them so that they would have enough height to keep the easel card standing.

Cute right?

Here is the card that I created based on the above cookie photo:

When I saw the cookies, my first thought went to birthday. Probably because of the balloons lol! Luckily, I had this image already colored up from awhile back. I ended up going a different direction back then so I decided to use this cutie for this card. I did stamp him again onto some mask paper so that I could create the sky and ground. I used a cloud stencil and softly blended some Tumbled Glass distress ink to create the clouds and then used some Mowed Lawn Distress Ink to create the ground. I removed my mask and added some shadows onto my grass as well as some sprigs of grass and some fun little white accents on the clouds. I used a stitched die to cut him out and popped him up onto a fun scallop rectangle border that I wrapped some twine around. I love that the cookies even have a scallop border :) I adhered everything with more foam tape onto a yellow card base.

If You Give A Crafter A Cookie #62

Happy Thursday!!
Today starts a new challenge over at
If You Give A Crafter A Cookie

We have two sponsors for this challenge. They are:

Elisabeth Bell
and
The Cutting Cafe

Here is a look at the Cookie Inspiration Photo for this challenge:

So pretty! I love those polka dots!!

Here is the card I created based on the above cookie photo:

I used a file from one of our sponsors, The Cutting Cafe, called "I Heart U Word Shaped Card".
I love the polka dots on the cookies in the photo so I went with some polka dot paper for my heart on my card. I added some fun shaker bits of small hearts, micro beads, confetti and small sequins to the center.

I stamped my greeting and curled it a little with my bone folder to give it a little dimension. I added a heart button with a crochet thread bow to the middle. The file even came with an envelope. I cut that out and then adhered the polka dot heart that was cut from the center of my card to the bottom front corner. I finished off my card and envelope with some fun white doodle with my gel pen. This card is going to my hubby for Valentine's day. I hope he likes it :)

Those cookies almost look too good to eat. Notice I said almost lol!

Here is the card that I created based on the above cookie photo:

My card was so simple to create! I was lucky to find this chipboard snowman sticker in my stash, which made it super quick as well! I simply added the snowman, snowflakes & greeting onto my card base, added another die cut snow hill to the front and voila! Oh I almost forgot, I also added a few little dots of stickles here and there for just a bit more snow :)

Here is the photo inspiration for challenge #60:

Adorable cookies right??

Here is the card I created based on the above photo:

I started with a gray cardbase and added some pink graph patterned paper. I printed out my Little Penguin Winter image from Bugaboo Stamps onto some Copic friendly cardstock and colored her up with the cookie colors as my inspiration for her beanie hat. For the snow, I added some liquid applique to the flakes and the ground and then used my heat tool to fluff it up. I love doing that for winter cards lol! I matted my image onto some gray cardstock and popped it up with some foam tape onto the card front. I added some fun little snowflake confetti to the card and added a little bling to the center of each one. I finished it off by adding some glossy accents to the penguin's nose and eyes.

Here is a look at the project I made based on the cookie photo:

I was so inspired by the picture! I loved that beautiful bird and can we just take a moment to appreciate the detail that is in the gingerbread house?? My gingerbread houses never ever resemble anything close to that lol! Mine are always a big goopy mess! So since my baking skills are lacking, I figured I could try to recreate it using paper lol! I used a SVG from My Scrap Chick titled Country Village House boxes for my project. I used the small house and gave it a gingerbread look by using some kraft cardstock. I finished off my box by doodling with white gel pen, some bling along the roof's "frosting" and adding some holly at the top. I filled the box with some Christmas candy and it is ready to go :)
