Here is a what I created based on the sketch:
I started by creating an A2 card base from some white cardstock. I cut a piece of plaid patterned paper and added a little pink die cut scallop along the bottom edge. I added some teal crochet thread to help separate the layers a bit before adhering the patterned paper piece to my card front. I used a stitched die to cut my oval from white cardstock, stamped my greeting with some black ink and popped it up onto my card front with foam tape. I built my little girl gnome and popped her up with more foam tape. I love dimension lol! I added some sequins and white Nuvo drops to complete my card. This card came together so quickly and I really think it's adorable :)
