Ghouls Just Wanna Have Fun!

 Hi everyone!
I hope you are all doing well and enjoying some nice weather :)
Today I wanted to pop in real quick and share a super fun card that I made with a stamp set that is going to be released soon from Gerda Steiner Designs called FABOOLOUS BIRTHDAY.

Fun right?
Here is how I made it...
I started by creating an A2 top folding cardbase using purple cardstock.
Next I used a die to cut out my scallop rectangle and frame. I adhered both of those pieces onto a piece of white cardstock and doodled around the inside of the frame with a black Micron pen. I stamped my images from the FABOOLOUS BIRTHDAY stamp set using black Memento Ink, colored them in with COPIC markers and fussy cut them out. I popped them up onto my card with some foam tape and added some black confetti stars.

I stamped my sentiment onto a piece of purple cardstock and heat embossed it using some black embossing powder. I trimmed it down, flagged the ends and popped it up with foam tape also.

I decided to add a little bow on one of the "ghouls" and added a little sparkle to the Disco Ball with a sparkle pen.

Copic Markers Used:
Ghost: B0000, B00, RV34, V12
Disco Ball: V000, V12, V15, V17

Loads Of Thanks!

Hi everyone and happy Saturday!
It's the weekend! Yay!!

I have a super cute card to share with you today that I created using a new stamp from

To create my card, I stamped out the images onto a piece of white Hammermill cardstock and colored them with my Copic Sketch Markers. Once I had them colored, I fussy cut them out and set them aside while I worked on my card foundation. I started by creating a 4.25" square shaped card using white cardstock, this size fits into an A2 envelope for easy mailing. I used a square die to cut out a piece of pink patterned paper and popped it up onto my card base with foam tape. Once I had my card front created, I started building my scene using the pieces that I had colored, popping up the kitty image with more foam tape. I stamped the sentiment, also from the Wash Day stamp set, used a die to cut it out and adhered it to my card. I finished my card with a few puffy hearts and some doodles with a white paint pen.

That kitty sure does look comfy doesn't he? haha!

Isn't that little kitten the cutest??

To create my card, I started by creating a white A2 top folding card and layering a white scallop rectangle on top. I trimmed down some striped patterned paper to fit inside. I stamped that adorable little cat, fussy cut it out and colored the image with my Copic markers. I die cut a photo frame, stamped my sentiment and added a bit of crochet thread to act as my clothesline. I added my frame to my card front, tilting it a bit for some interest, and added my image with some foam tape. I finished my card by adding a little enamel heart.

Hi everyone and happy Saturday!

I have a fun card to share with you today that I created using a new stamp set from

This stamp set is so fun! It includes 3 images and 6 sentiments.
There is also a coordinating die set that not only cuts out the dogs, but will cut out the opening for the window in the car.

I created my card by first making my A2 card base from white cardstock. I trimmed down a piece of blue patterned paper and adhered that to the front of my card. I added a piece of striped patterned paper, added that to the bottom of my card & tied some red crochet thread for a little separation between the two patterned papers. I die cut a scalloped stylized rectangle from some road themed patterned paper and popped that up onto my card with foam tape. I stamped my car from the Enjoy The Ride Stamp onto a piece of red patterned paper, fussy cut it out and added it to a piece of white cardstock. I used the coordinating die to cut out my window, going through both layers & ran it through my die cutting machine with a stitched stylized rectangle die so that the stitching was consistent on the car and the white cardstock. I added a piece of vellum to the backside so that it could act as the window on the opposite side of the card before adhering my car layer onto my road patterned paper. I stamped that little doggy with some black Memento Ink and did some simple coloring with my Copic markers. I tucked him behind the stamped window and added my sentiment and some matte enamel dots to complete my card.
So fun!!

Copic Colors Used:
--Window: B000, B00--
--Dog: E31, E33, E41, R00, R20, E04--
--Glasses and Door Handle: C3, C5, C6--

In Your Corner

Hi everyone and happy Monday!

I have a fun card to share with you today that I created using a new stamp set from

That little mouse is too cute!
To create my card, I started by folding a piece of white cardstock in half to create my A2 card base. I used a stitched die to cut out a piece of patterned paper to layer on top and added a bit of doodling around the perimeter. I stamped my In Your Corner image onto a piece of white cardstock and colored it in with my Copic markers. I stamped the image once again onto a piece of floral patterned paper and cut it out to give my card a bit of a wallpaper vibe. When I paper pieced the patterned paper onto the wall, I raised it ever so slightly to give the illusion of a baseboard. At least that is what I was hoping for lol! I added a little scallop frame on top and adhered my image to my card front. I stamped my sentiment and used a banner die to cut it out, adding it underneath my image to complete my card.

What a sweet and thoughtful stamp set!

Hoppy Easter!

Hi everyone and happy Saturday!

I have a fun card to share with you today that I created using a new stamp set from

To create my card, I started by covering my white A2 cardbase with some plaid patterned paper. Next, I cut a strip of white cardstock and used an embossing folder for some subtle polka dots. I die cut a white scallop frame and adhered it to a piece of vellum, placing some blue patterned paper behind the vellum to soften the sky just a bit. I die cut a strip of grass and sandwiched it between the frame and vellum and added it to my card front with foam tape. I stamped the images from the Hoppy Easter stamp set with some Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored them with my Copic markers. I fussy cut them out and tucked them behind the grass to complete my scene. I stamped my greeting onto a piece of the blue patterned paper using some Versamark ink and heat embossed it using some white embossing powder. I popped it up onto my card with more foam tape and added some doodles to the eggs with a white gel pen.

Christmas Snowman

Hi everyone!

I hope you are doing well :)
I have one last holiday card to share with you today that I created using one of my favorite stamps from Gerda Steiner Designs.

I adore this Happy Snowman stamp set. I've used it a few different times but it is one of my go to snowman stamps, it always makes me smile!

I started by covering an A2 cardbase with some falling snow patterned paper. I cut my scallop rectangle from some white cardstock and then cut a window from the middle using another die. I stamped my Happy Snowman image with some Black Memento ink and colored it with my Copic markers. I did a little paper piecing for his hat band and scarf before fussy cutting him out. I stamped my sentiment and then glued my image to the backside of the window opening. I added some crochet thread and popped up my image panel with foam adhesive onto the front of the card. I completed my card with a small bit of glitter, snowflake sequins and some white Nuvo drops.
I think this turned out so cute!

Holiday Spirit

Hi everyone!

Can you believe it is already December?
I have a holiday card to share with you today that I created using a fun little stamp from

How cute is this little kitty?
I stamped the kitty from the Furry & Bright stamp set using some Black Memento ink twice, once onto a piece of white Hammermill cardstock and again onto a piece of plaid patterned paper. I colored the image that was stamped onto the white cardstock using my Copic markers and then fussy cut the plaid box out and glued it on top of my colored image. I added my sentiment & used a stitched die to cut out my image. I wrapped some red crochet thread around the top & tied a little bow with some small bells in the center before adhering my piece onto some gold glitter cardstock. I covered the front of my white A2 cardbase with some more of the plaid patterned paper, added my image panel and my card was done! Simple card but I really wanted the focus to stay on that fun little kitty! There have been moments so far this holiday season where I can relate to this little cat haha! How about you??

Joy!

Hi everyone!

I hope you are having a fabulous day so far!
Today I am stopping by to share a card that I made using a adorable stamp from

I adore this little mouse in the Balancing Mouse stamp set and couldn't wait to create a Christmas card using the set!

Here is a look at the card that I created:

I created an A2 cardbase and layered some fun & bright patterned papers from Doodlebug Designs on top. I masked off the largest ornament and stamped it a few times onto a piece of white cardstock so that I could create a row of ornaments. I stamped my little mouse on top of one of the ornaments and then colored in my images with Copic markers. I decided to add some of the smaller ornaments in the stamp set as well. I stamped a few onto some scrap cardstock, colored them & then fussy cut them out. I placed them in front of the larger ornaments before trimming down my image panel. I die cut a red scalloped rectangle and adhered my image to the center. I added some red and white crochet thread to my card before popping up my image with some foam tape. I die cut the "JOY" from red glitter cardstock and added that as well as some red enamel dots to finish off my card. So super cute!!

Copic Colors Used:
--Mouse: E40, E41, E42, E43, E44, R20, R00--
--Hat: R24, R27, R29, R39, C00, C0--

hello pumpkin!

 Hi everyone!

I hope you are having a fabulous day so far!
Today I am stopping by to share a mini slimline card that I made using an adorable stamp from

I love creating mini slimline cards, sometimes they are the perfect size and the Pumpkin Mouse stamp from Gerda fit the space perfectly! I also used a sentiment from the Pumpkin Bear stamp set.

Here is a look at the card that I created:

I created my mini slimline base by folding a 6" square piece of Kraft cardstock in half so that my card measured 3"x6". I die cut a scalloped rectangle from some more Kraft cardstock, inked around the perimeter with some distress ink and attached it to my card front. I used another die to cut out my plaid patterned paper and added some Kraft stripes to one side. I stamped my images from the Pumpkin Mouse stamp set, masking the little mouse so it was all one piece, onto some white Hammermill cardstock and colored it in with my Copic markers. I fussy cut it out and popped it up onto my card with some foam tape for a little dimension. I stamped my greeting from the Pumpkin Bear set onto a piece of white cardstock, inked the edges, tied a twine bow and popped it up with more foam tape. I completed my card with a little enamel heart & some white gel pen accents here and there.
I think that little mouse is so cute in his little sweater :)

 Hi everyone!

I hope you are having a fabulous day so far!
Today I am stopping by to share a card that I made using some adorable stamps from

I couldn't resist creating a Halloween themed card with some of the adorable ghosts from the Halloween Ghosts stamp set. I also used a couple of elements from the Ghosts and the Where Is The Candy stamp sets.

Here is a look at the card that I created:

I created my card by creating an A2 cardbase from some white cardstock and covering it with some striped & orange patterned paper. I heat embossed my sentiment from the Where Is The Candy stamp set using some white embossing powder onto a strip of black cardstock. I used a spider web border punch and created a fun little border along the bottom. I die cut a piece of green patterned paper and adhered my sentiment piece before popping the entire piece up with foam tape onto my card front. Next was the fun part...playing with those adorable little ghosts from the Halloween Ghosts stamp set! I stamped the witch hat from the Ghosts stamp set and masked it off so that I could give the little ghosts with glasses a hat too. I colored all the ghosts with my Copic markers and fussy cut them out. I added them to my card, popping up the middle one with more foam tape. I added a spider from the Ghosts stamp set and some doodle with a black micron pen to complete my card.
Aren't those little ghosts so cute??

Hello!

 Hi everyone!

I hope you are having a fabulous day so far! I wanted to share a super cute mini slimline card that I created using a couple of different adorable stamps from Gerda Steiner Designs.

For my card, I used the Coffee Hedgehog 2x3 along with the Hedgehog with Sign 2x3 clear stamps.
These stamps are only 2x3 but between the two sets, you get 2 cute hedgehogs, 1 coffee cup, 2 hearts and 4 sentiments! Great value and so so so cute!!!

Here is a look at the card that I created:

I started my card by creating my mini slimline from some Kraft cardstock. I die cut a scallop rectangle from some fall patterned paper and layered that onto my cardbase. I added a strip of teal cardstock to the bottom of my card for a little visual interest. Next was the fun part. I used my Misti stamping tool and stamped the hedgehog from the Hedgehog with Sign stamp set in the center, and then the Coffee Hedgehog on each side. I colored them with my Copic markers and then stamped my greeting into the center of the sign. I added some twine, tied it off with a bow & popped up my image panel with foam tape onto a piece of Kraft cardstock before adding it to my card. I stamped the coffee cups, fussy cut them out and added them with more foam tape. I finished my card with a bit of glossy accents to the hearts on the cups and this super cute card was complete! I just adore these little hedgehogs!

Copic Colors Used:
--Hedgehogs: E40, E41, E31, E34, E35, E37, R20, R00--

Hello Friend

 Hi everyone!
Today I am sharing a card that I created using super cute stamp set called Hello Friend Tortoise from Gerda Steiner Designs.
There are 2 cute images in the 3x4 Hello Friend Tortoise stamp set, along with 3 sentiments

Isn't this turtle the cutest? I thought he would be perfect on a shaped card (one of my favorite types of cards to make). This card was actually pretty easy to make also. I started by die cutting 2 scallop circles and adhering them at the top. I added a stitched circle layer that I die cut from some plaid paper to the front and then started creating my scene. I cut another stitched circle, this time from white cardstock, and stenciled some puffy clouds onto it. I added my sentiment & some grass that I cut from some green patterned paper, popping up the front layer of grass with some foam tape. Next, I stamped my turtle using some Memento tuxedo black ink and colored him with my Copic markers. Once I had him colored in, I fussy cut him out and popped him up with more foam tape. I fussy cut the butterfly and added him close to my sentiment with more foam tape. I completed my card with some die cut flowers and a die cut bow. I think this is so cute and I love having cards on hand to send just to say Hello.

Copic Colors Used:
--Turtle: YG61, G43, YG63, R20, E40, E41, E42, E43, E44--
--Butterflies: E35, E44, Y21, Y23--
