Here is a look at the projects that I created to share with you today.

First up is a card and treat set that I made for my daughter.

I used the Clam Shell Shaped Card from SVGCuttingFiles for my card base. I added a sea floor by using the Under The Sea dies and cutting it out from some tan cardstock and placed it along the bottom of my shell card. I cut out some plants & coral, also from the Under The Sea dies and arranged them onto my card. Next I stamped that adorable Mermaid - We Were Mermaid To Be Friends and colored her in with my Copic markers. I fussy cut her out and added her to my card with some foam tape. I added a couple of enamel shapes along with a sequin, pearl and some nuvo drops to finish off the card.

My daughter loves Swedish Fish candies so I added a few to a little baggie and then made a topper for it. To make my topper, I used a Rectangle Die and a Scallop Rectangle from Jaded Blossom and folded them in half. I used the Under The Sea dies from Stamp Annie Thing for my ocean floor and for more coral/plants. I used the Mermaid - Sending Oceans Of Love stamp set for my greeting. I colored up one of the shells in the Sea Life Die Cuts, fussy cut it out to remove the white border and added it to my topper. I added a couple of enamel shapes and some nuvo drops to complete it.

Here is a look at both pieces together:

A-D-O-R-A-B-L-E!!

Next I decided to make myself a little something while I had all the supplies out lol!

I always seem to lose my sticky notes at my desk so I thought it would be fun to make a little note holder and decorate it with that sweet little kraken lol! I used the Post It Note Holder with Pen SVG from SVGCuttingFiles for my base. I colored up that adorable Mermaid - What's Kraken with my Copics and popped it up onto the front with some foam tape, added the sentiment in the top corner and a few doodles. Some sequins and nuvo drops finished it off.

I love all the mermaids in this set and I'm sure you will be seeing me use them again and again lol!!

Your next stop on the hop is the super talented Stephen.

A Gnarly Birthday Card

Hi everyone!
Today I have a fun card to share that I made using some of those fabulous stamps and dies from Jaded Blossom!

I just love this little Narwhal in the Hello Mr. Narwhal set and my daughter does also, so this was the perfect stamp set for me to use to make her a card for her birthday. I created a white A2 card base and covered it with some fun striped patterned paper. I used the Rectangle Dies 2 and cut out a piece of yellow paper, wrapped a piece of crochet thread around and popped it up onto my striped paper with foam tape. I used the Stitched Oval Dies for my blue oval and popped it up with more foam tape. I colored my Narwhal in with  my copics and fussy cut him out and adhered him with even more foam tape! This card was being hand delivered so I didn't have to worry too much about the bulk ;) I stamped my greeting, notched the end and tucked it under my Narwhal a bit. I finished my card with a few sequins.
The inside reads: Have A Gnarly Birthday!

Thank you so much for stopping by today and taking a look!
I really appreciate it!
I hope you have a great crafty day!

A Beary Happy Birthday

Hi crafty friends!
I hope your Monday is off to a wonderful start!

Today I have a sweet card to share with you that I made using that adorable Taylor - So Beary Sweet stamp set from Stamp Annie Thing

I covered my A2 white card base with some patterned paper and added some crochet thread by wrapping it around a few times. I stamped my greeting from the Jaded Blossom So Many Birthdays 4 set and used a circle punch to cut it out and tied it to my card. I colored that sweet little Taylor - So Beary Sweet with my Copic markers and fussy cut her out. I added her to a Jaded Blossom Stitched Oval that I had layered on top of a Scallop Oval, also from JB, and popped it up onto my card base. I finished off my card with a few doodles with my black sharpie pen and some little rhinestones for her earrings.

Jaded Blossom's April Release Blog Hop

Hey Everyone!  Welcome to Jaded Blossom's April 2018 Release Blog Hop.
Now if you're here from Katie's Blog you're in the right place, if you're just passing through start at the beginning because you don't want to miss a thing.  I also have the complete line up at the bottom.

Here is what I made to share with you today:
I thought it would be cute to make a little gift set to welcome a new baby.
First up is the card. I created a 4.25x4.25 card base from some white cardstock and added some blue striped paper on top. I used the Scallop Circle Dies and the Stitched Circle dies and cut them from some more white cardstock and layered them onto my card. I used the Baby Dies to cut out that cute little onesie and stamped my greeting from the New Baby stamp set onto it. I added that to the center of my circle and added some Nuvo drops for the "snaps" on the onesie. I added some crochet thread along the top of the card and used a star button from the Baby Dies. I finished off my card with a few more Nuvo drops in the bottom corners.

Next I needed a little gift to go along with the card. I saw these little pails at the dollar store so I picked one up and used some of those awesome Jaded Blossom stamps and dies to decorate it.
To decorate my pail, I used the Border Dies to create that fun scallop border along the top. I cut out that adorable clothesline from the Baby Dies and added some Nuvo drops to the clothespins to give a little more dimension. I stamped the "Hello Baby" from the New Baby stamp set onto some white cardstock and flagged the ends. I popped it up onto a Stitched Circle Die and a Label Shape Die. I added some white enamel dots to finish off my layered label.

I filled the pail with some baby powder, baby lotion, baby bath and a fun little sponge.

Here is a look at the set together:

I think it turned out so completely adorable!!

Jaded Blossom's April Release: Day 5

Hey crafty friends!!
Happy happy Friday!! Today is day 5 of the Jaded Blossom April Release.
Thanks so much for stopping by all week!!
Here is a quick recap of the projects I made this week:

and that brings us to today!
Today we are showcasing a stamp set called Hard Work, which is the free with purchase stamp. You can read more about the Freebie stamp over at the Jaded Blossom Blog.

I decided to make fun little gift to give to my daughter who is currently going for her RN.

I used one of the Clear Purses and just simply decorated the front. I used the Label Shape Dies and stamped my greeting from the Hard Work stamp set. I adhered it to the front of my purse and added a bow from the Bow Dies to the bottom. I found this cute little Nurse hat on the Dr. Checkup Cricut cartridge and cut it out and added it to the top and my little purse was pretty much done. Easy Peasy and I really think my kiddo will appreciate it!

Here is a look at the stamp set:

Jaded Blossom's April Release: Day 4

Hey crafty friends!!
Today is Day 4 of the Jaded Blossom April Release and it is such a fun stamp set
(especially for all you planner lovers out there!!).
It is called Baby Planner and here is a look at the project I created to share with you today that uses it along with some other Jaded Blossom stamps and dies:

I thought it would be fun to create a little birth announcement for my project. I used the Envelope Dies to create my pocket and wrapped some twine around and tied it off with a bow. I added that sweet little onesie from the Baby Dies and a greeting from the Snips and Snails set to the front. I also added just a few white Nuvo drops.

For the insert, I used the Layered Frame & Journal Die and left the top open so that a photo of the baby could easily be slipped in. I used the Snips and Snails for the It's A Boy and added that the the front of the photo card along with some little enamel hearts.

When you flip over the photo card, the baby's information can be wrote in. I used the Baby Planner stamp set for the name, date, weight and length. I used the Baby Dies again and added a smaller onesie to the corner. So super cute!!

Here is a look at the stamp being showcased today:

Thanks so much for stopping by!!
