Here is a look at what I made to share with you today:

 

I could not resist making a fun little treat box to give to my daughter, the biggest Potter fan that I know!

I created my box by using the Handled Gift Box Die (one of my favorites) and some white cardstock. I die cut some patterned papers to go onto the front and started building my adorable little wizard. 

I created him by using the Gnome Dies and the Gnome Dies: Wizards Add Ons. I thought it would be fun to try and make it feel like he was playing a certain magical outdoor game so I cut out the mustache from the Gnome Dies: Wizard Add Ons and turned it upside down so that it would resemble wings. He of course needed a broom so I cut one out of the Gnome Dies: Halloween Costume Add Ons 2 and placed it in his other hand. I stamped my sentiment from the Stay Magical stamp set, cut it out using the Stay Magical Outline Dies and popped it up with some foam tape next to him. I added some stars from the Star Dies and the Embellishment Clusters Die and finished my box with a fun double bow from the Bow Dies.

I added some small Velcro dots to the inside of the handle for easy opening and closing of the box.

Inside I placed some paper shred & small chocolate candies.

Jaded Blossom's August Mini Release!

Happy Thursday! 

It's time for our new mini Chipmunk release over at Jaded Blossom! 

We have four new items available! Check them out HERE

Here is what I made using the new items.. 

Chipmunks!!! How cute!!

For my first project, I decided to make a get well card that is sure to bring a

 smile to the recipient, at least I hope so!

I started by creating a Kraft A2 top folding card and layering floral patterned paper on top along with a couple of yellow plaid stripes. I used the Rectangle Internal Scallops to cut out a piece of brown cardstock and adhered it to a piece of polka dot paper. I stamped my sentiment from the Nuts About You stamp set towards the bottom, added a piece of vellum, and popped the piece onto my card with foam tape. I used the Gnome Friends: Chipmunk Die and Chipmunk Faces to build my little chipmunk and gave her a flower to hold from the Sunflower Dies and placed her above my sentiment. I added a small thread bow to her hair to complete my card.

For my second project, 

I wanted to make a fun gift card holder to have on hand for a little birthday gift.

I first created my bag by using the Goody Bag Die and cutting it from teal cardstock. I added some plaid patterned paper to the front before assembling the bag. Once it was assembled, I used the Border Dies to create a little handle. I added a Oval from the Stitched Oval Dies and placed my chipmunk that I created using the Gnome Friends: Chipmunk Die, Chipmunk Faces and the Balloon Dies to the center. I stamped my sentiment from the Nuts About You and used the coordinating Nuts About You Outline Dies to cut it out. I placed it under my chipmunk and added a little bow to her hair to complete the bag.

I added a few pieces of almond candy, a gift card and a tiny bit of white paper shred to the inside.

Jaded Blossom's August Release Blog Hop!

Here is what I made:

I'm always in need of birthday cards for my stash, so I couldn't resist making one using one of those adorable cows!

I started by creating an A2 white card base and added a white scallop on top using the Scallop Rectangle Dies 2. I cut out a few different patterned papers using the Rectangle Dies 2 and created some hills using the Border Dies 2. I used the Scenic Dies so that I could add a fence in between two of the hills. I stamped my sentiment using the Hay Friend stamp set with some Memento Tuxedo Black ink into the top right corner. I built my windmill using the Windmill Die & some wood grain patterned paper, along with some grays, and placed it next to my sentiment. The windmill was hanging off of the card a little so I just trimmed off the excess overhang. I adhered my scene onto the white scallop and started building my little cow. I created my cow by using the Gnome Friends: Cow Die and a little bow from the Bow Dies. I added a balloon from the Balloon Dies, adhering it so that it looked like she was holding it to complete my card.

So cute!!

Of course, I thought it would be fun to also create a little gift bag to go along with the card so I created one using the Octagon Treat Box, Octagon Dies: Farm Add Ons and the Bow Dies.

This would hold a small little gift, some candy or even a gift card!

I think this is such an adorable little birthday set!!

Here is what I made:

I decided to make a fun little goody bag to hold some little treats.

I started by creating my box by using the Handled Gift Box Die and some white cardstock. I layered some patterned papers on top and then assembled my box. I built my little bee by using the Gnome Friends: Honey Bee Die and the Bee Faces and popped her up onto my box with foam tape. I die cut the little honey pot using the Gnome Dies: Beekeeper Add Ons and placed that onto my box as well. I stamped my sentiment using the Bee Kind Stamp set, cut it out using the Label Shape Dies 2 and placed it in between my bee and honey pot with foam tape. I used the Bow Dies to create a fun double bow and added that to my handle. I add a little yellow enamel heart to both the sentiment and the bow to complete my box. 

I added a bit of velcro to the inside of the handle for easy opening and closing of the box. 

I am in love with this release, everything is just so cute!

You've Been Struck....

Hi everyone and happy Wednesday!

It's my day to post over on the Jaded Blossom Blog 

and I created a fun little Valentine treat bag to share with you today.

I used some red cardstock and the Gable Box Die to create my box. I decided I wanted to add a bit more to the box itself so I cut some strips of patterned paper and adhered them around the box, making sure to bend the patterned paper as I adhered it. I assembled my box and set it aside while I worked on my image. I stamped the Cupid Gotcha stamp onto a piece of white cardstock and colored it in with my Copic markers. I wanted to add a little depth so I stamped the image again, fussy cut out three of the hearts and popped them up over the original image with some foam tape. I created a little double bow using the Bow Dies, added a heart to the center using the Embellishment Clusters Die and my little bag was done!

 

So cute!!

Here is what I made:

A fun little Valentine treat box!!

I started by cutting my treat box out using some light pink cardstock and the Octagon Treat Box Die. I assembled my box and added a plaid patterned paper layer to the front.

 I built my little lion using the Gnome Dies, Gnome Dies: Animal Add Ons & the heart from the Gnome Dies: Valentine Add Ons and glued him to the front of my box. 

I stamped my sentiment from the Wild Valentine Stamp set and used the Word Bubble Dies to cut it out. I popped it up with some foam tape and added a few hearts from the Valentine Embellishment Cluster Die.

I added the handle and some paper shred to complete my little bag.

So cute!

 You can never have too many Valentine goodies to have on hand right?
