Sending Hedge-Hugs!

 Hi everyone!
Happy Wednesday!

I wanted to stop in and share this adorable little winter themed card that I made.

How cute right??
I started by creating my top folding card base using some blue cardstock. I used a scallop rectangle die to cut out a piece of snowflake patterned paper and layered that on top of my card front. I used that adorable little hedgehog die from Spellbinders to create that cute little hedgie, adhered him to a white oval that I had embossed with falling snow, and added that to my card front also. I stamped my sentiment onto a piece of white cardstock, used a die to cut it out and added that under his little feet, I finished my card by adding some snowflake sequins and some white Nuvo drops.

I think this is just so cute!!

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges:

Let's Spook Up Some Fun!

Hi everyone and happy Saturday!
I'm happy to announce that I've been asked to join the

That means, every two weeks, I will be posting a new project that uses one of the adorable images from Di's Digital Stamps Store that also follows a challenge theme.
You don't need to use a Di's Digi image or even a digital stamp to enter the challenge though, as long as you follow the theme. You can find more about the rules and requirements on the challenge blog.

The challenge that starts today is...
Halloween or Thankful/Thank You.

Here is a look at the card that I created:

Here is how I put my card together.
I started with a white A2 cardbase and layered some bright and fun patterned papers from Doodlebug on top. Next, I die cut an oval from some black glitter cardstock and added that to the center of my card. I printed out the *Boil & Trouble Mouse B&W onto some white Hammermill paper and colored it with my Copic markers. I used my Scan N Cut to cut out the image and then popped it up onto my card front with some foam tape. I used a sentiment strip that I had in my stash and tucked it under my image just a bit before adhering it to my card. I completed my card with some glossy accents onto the bubbles in the cauldron & some silver confetti stars onto my black oval piece. So super cute!

Copic Colors Used:
--Pumpkins: YR12, YR14, YR16, YR18, E35--
--Cauldron: N3, N5, N7, YG00, YG01, YG03, YG05--

Red Truck Christmas

 Hi everyone!
I hope today finds you well!
We have been having a lot of rain and thunderstorms for over a week in my area
but today the sun is shining bright! 🌞

I wanted to pop in real quick and share a couple of cards that I made. I'm trying to get a little ahead for the Christmas season and playing along with the June Christmas Card Prep Challenge currently going on at Scrapbook.com

Here are the two that I made:

I kept it really simple but I think it turned out great!
I covered my white cardbase with some patterned papers and used a bit of statin ribbon to divide the papers a bit. I used my Glimmer Foil system and some red foil for my sentiment. I die cut it out using a postage frame die and adhered my truck that I built using some dies from Spellbinders. I popped up my postage frame with some foam tape and my card was done! Easy peasy!!

While I had everything out, I made a second card.
I did everything the same except for the sentiment. I decided to pop up the sentiment on this one.

I think these turned out so cute!

I would also like to play along with the following challenges:

Love You!

Hi crafty friends!
I hope you are having a fabulous Friday and have lots of fun crafty plans for this upcoming weekend :)
I wanted to pop in and share my latest Valentine card that I made with you guys.

I started by die cutting a scallop rectangle from some patterned paper and adding a sheer white ribbon bow. I popped it up onto a white card base with some foam tape and started creating my heart. I used a foil plate from Trinity stamps and foiled my heart with some bright pink foil. Once it was foiled, I popped it onto my card front with more foam tape. I really liked it but thought it was missing something so I used a little bitty bear to up the cuteness factor a bit lol! I colored him with some Copic markers and stamped YOU inside his little heart before adding him the the card with more foam tape. So cute!!
This picture does not do this card justice at all. It is so shimmery with the bright pink foil.

I wanted to try and capture some of the shimmer.

I would also like to play along with the following challenges:

Happy Halloween

Hi everyone!

I hope your day is off to a fabulous start!
Today I have a mini slimline to share with you that I made using some adorable stamps from

I started by creating my mini slimline base from some gray cardstock & added a purple scallop layer on top. Next was the fun part, the building of my scene! I stamped my bunny and then masked her off before stamping the bat and mouse. I added a mask to them as well and then using the Cloudy Day Stencil, I inked up a sky of purple clouds and some metallic watercolor splatters. Once I had the sky done, I added a thin layer of green along the bottom with some green ink. I removed the masks and colored my images from the Sweet & Spooky stamp set with my Copic markers. I added a moon that I die cut out with a circle die and then used a dot frame to cut out my image panel. I added some grass with a couple of different green Copics before popping it up onto my card front with some foam tape. I added a few more stars with my white gel pen and stamped my greeting using the Ghostly Haunts stamp set and added it to my card with more foam tape. So cute!

Copic Colors Used:
--Bat: R39, R59, C0, C1, C2, C6, YG03, R00, R000--
--Bunny: W0, W1, W3, W5, R20, R01, R00, YG05, YG03, 100, N5, N3--

--Pumpkins/Candy: YR16, YR14, YR12, E44, B63, Y23, YR21, BG13, RV14, YG61--

Winter Wonderland Wishes

Hi friends!
Happy Happy 2022!!!!
I hope this new year brings you all health & happiness!!

Since it is the first of the month, it is time for a new challenge at

Here is a look at the photo inspiration for this month:

The picture is for inspirational purposes so if the picture doesn't strike your fancy, you can enter a WINTER themed project. The picture is purely optional.

Here is a look at the card that I created:

I loved all the snow in the inspiration photo so I decided to create my own little scene on a mini slimline style card. I even managed to use a couple of different stamp sets that I have had for awhile and never used! Yay me! One of my goals this year is to buy less and use more of what I have, or at least try to haha!

I started my card by creating my mini slimline from some white cardstock and covering it with some diagonal striped patterned paper. I die cut a white scalloped rectangle and adhered that to my card front and added some snowy patterned paper on top. I stamped my little snowman, masked him off, and then stamped my background scene onto a piece of copic friendly cardstock. Once I had it colored, I stamped my greeting along the bottom and fussy cut around the trees and snow drift so that I could pop up my scene with some foam tape onto the front of the card. I completed my card by adding some Frosted Lace Stickles to the snow in front of the houses and a few random White Nuvo Drops to add a little more visual interest for the snowy scene.

Copic Colors Used:
--Trees: YG03, YG05, YG61, YG63, G94, G46, E25--
--Houses: E23, E25, E49, N3, N5, Y11--
--Snow on the ground: B0000, B00--
--Snowman: B0000, YR14, C7, V01, V05, V06--

Sending Christmas Cheer

Hi friends!
I hope you are having a fabulous day!

Today starts a new challenge over at the

Here is a look at the card that I created:

I got this adorable little truck from Spellbinders a couple of months ago and I have been itching to use it! I'm not sure what it is about the red trucks and the holidays but I'm a bit obsessed lol! I started by covering my cardbase with some plaid patterned paper and adding a strip of green cardstock to the center. I die cut a white stitched panel and stamped my greeing with some Versafine ink and added it to my card front. I built my truck and popped it up with foam tape to the card and added some glossy accents to the tree ornaments, headlight and bumper. I also added some black enamel dots to act as the tire rims. I finished my card by adding some doodling with a black Micron pen. Super duper easy!

Merry Christmas Snowman Card

  Hi friends!

I hope you are having a wonderful day!

Can you believe it is December 1???
The first of the month means it is time for a new challenge at

Here is a look at the photo inspiration for this month:

The picture is for inspirational purposes so if the picture doesn't strike your fancy, you can enter a WINTER themed project. The picture is purely optional.

I was inspired by a few things in the photo. The snowman, the red bird, the snow and the plaid on Santa's bag.  So many possibilities with this picture!

Here is a look at the card that I created:

I started my card by creating a white card base and covering it with some plaid patterned paper. I added a strip of red cardstock down the middle and added some doodled lines around the perimeter using a black sharpie pen. I stamped my image from Gerda Steiner with some black ink and used my Copic markers to color it in. Once I had it colored, I used a oval flourish die to cut it out & popped it up onto my card with some foam tape. I used some of the same plaid paper to paper piece his little scarf and hat band. I stamped my greeting with some black ink & used a fishtail die to cut it out. I cut a piece of red cardstock with the same fishtail die and just added the ends so that it helped the sentiment stand out a bit. I finished my card by adding some snowflake sequins and some white Nuvo drops to act as falling snow and some glossy accents to his coal buttons.

Copic Colors Used:
--Snowman: B0000, B000--
--Hat/Buttons: C3, C5, C7--
--Holly: R27, R89, G46--
--Broom: E33, Y26, E37, E39--
--Bird: R23, R27, R39, C5, G05, G07, YR12--
--Carrot: YR12, YR14--

Eek-A-Boo!

 Hi crafty friends!

I hope you are all having a fabulous day!

Today I am sharing a Halloween card that I created using a cute new stamp set from

I had so much fun making this card! I saw this sentiment on the stamp set and my wheels started turning as to how I could make it look like a little ghost was playing peek a boo. I decided to go with a mini slimline card. I created my card base from some white cardstock and covered it with some polka dotted patterned paper. Next I die cut a piece of black glitter cardstock and layered it on top. I cut a piece of orange patterned paper and die cut some circles out, trying my best to keep them spaced apart equally. I stamped some of the ghosts from the Ghostly Haunts stamp set, colored them with my Copic markers and used the coordinating dies to cut them out. I placed them inside the circles and cut off any overhang with my scissors. I added some doodle lines around the perimeter of my card and popped it up onto my glitter panel with some foam tape. I colored that little spider, also from the Ghostly Haunts stamp set, die cut it out and popped it up with more foam tape. I stamped my greeting onto a piece of white cardstock and backed it with more polka dotted paper before popping it up onto my card with foam tape. I completed my card with a few black confetti stars and a few glittery Nuvo drops. So fun and cute!!

Copic Colors Used:
**Ghosts: B0000, B000, R000**
**Spider: N3, N5**

Halloween Wishes Treat Box

 Hi crafty friends!
I hope you have been able to enjoy your weekend so far.
I was able to get a tiny bit of crafting done and decided to make a treat box.
I love making treat boxes, they satisfy my need to craft and don't seem to take a long time to create. Perfect for when I am short on time :)

Here is a look at my box:

This was so incredibly easy! I used the Octagon Treat Box from Jaded Blossom and cut it out with some Fake Tan cardstock from Lawn Fawn. I used the inlay diecutting technique for the eyes, nose and mouth using some black glitter cardstock. I cut the hat out from some patterned paper from Doodlebug using a die from Spellbinders and attached it to my pumpkin with a small line of liquid glue. I completed my box with some black doodles & a tiny pink square patch on the hat and my sentiment on the bottom.

I would like to play along with the following challenges:

Let's Be Frank...

 Hi friends!

I hope are having a fabulous day!

Today starts a new challenge over at the

Use Die Cuts, Stencils or Both!

Here is a look at the card that I created:

I had so much fun with making this card. Here's how I did it:
I cut a piece of white cardstock using a stitched die & used a rectangle stencil to lightly ink a green focal point. Once I had the green rectangle there, I used a polka dot stencil to add a few dots for a bit of whimsy. I wanted my focal point to stand out just a bit more, so I took a black micron pen and went around the perimeter of my inked rectangle and added a few dashes here and there to mimic Frankenstein's scar. I layered my white panel onto a piece of silver glitter cardstock and then adhered it to a black A2 card base.  I built my little Frankenstein using a die from Spellbinders and popped him up onto my card with some foam tape. I heat embossed my greeting with some white embossing powder onto a strip of black cardstock and popped it up with more foam tape.
How fun is this little Frankenstein?? I adore how this turned out!

Happy Birthday Wishes

Hi friends!
I hope are having a fabulous day!

Today starts a new challenge over at the

Here is a look at the card that I created:

I am always in need of birthday cards! This one was pretty simple to make! I started by creating my A2 cardbase from some heavy white cardstock. I stamped my greeting onto the card using some brown ink and rounded the bottom corner. Next I created my floral panel by using a metal die from Spellbinders from the May 2021 Large Die Of The Month set. I cut my panel out 3 times (white, kraft and the peach stripe) so that I could have a little visual interst between the elements. I die cut my flowers and leaves and added them to the panel, tied some hemp twine around and popped up my layer with foam tape onto my card front. I completed my card by adding some Wink Of Stella Shimmer on the light green leaves and some random white Nuvo Drops.

Sweet Holiday Wishes Mini Slimline Card

 Hi crafty friends!
I hope your day is going wonderfully so far :)

Today I have a super sweet card to share with you that I created with a few challenges in mind.

The challenges that I will be entering are:
&
So many fun challenges!
Here is a look at the card that I created to play along:

Using some Kraft cardstock and patterned papers from Doodlebug,  I cut my layers out for placement on my card following the design of the sketch. Once I had my main layers cut out, I stamped my images using an older stamp set from Pink and Main called Cocoa Kisses and colored them in with my Copics. Once I had all my images colored, I die cut them out using the coordinating dies and arranged them onto my die cut circle to create my little scene. I popped up the standing gingerbread with foam tape for a bit of dimension and added the circle piece to my card front with more foam tape.  I stamped a greeting from Jaded Blossom with some Versafine Ink onto a piece of Kraft cardstock and popped that up as well. I completed my card with a few white Nuvo drops and some shimmer on the candy (picture didn't pick that up though). So super cute! Definitely puts me in the Christmas mood

Copic Colors Used:
--Gingerbread: E31, E33, E34, R20--
--Lollipop & Bow: R81, R83, R85--
--Candy: R81, YG03, Y02, R24--

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog and looking at my latest creation!
I really appreciate it so much!
I hope you have a great crafty day!
