Happy Halloween!!!

Hey crafty friends!
Happy Halloween!!
I just wanted to pop in real quick and share a couple of treat bags that I made for my family and gave to them this morning.

I decided to use some dies from Mama Elephant so that each bag could be a different character.

I made Dracula for my hubby:

Frankenstein for my daughter:

and a mummy for my son:

These are so easy to put together and I had so much fun!! For the tags, I used a die from Impression Obsession and simply added it onto some white cardstock, doodled along the edges, punched a hole and attached it to my bag with some tulle. (I will list all my supplies below).

Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you have a spooktacular night!!
Stay safe and don't eat too much candy :)

Supply List:
--Cardstock: Narwhal (lawn Fawn), Green and red (MFT), Black (paper Studio), White (Georgia Pacific), Lt. Tan (CTMH)
--Dies: Trick or Treat (Impression Obsession), Favor Bag & Favor Bag Accessory Halloween (Mama Elephant)
--Ink: Antique Linen Distress
--Misc.: White Gel Pen, Star Confetti, Tulle, Foam Tape

Holiday Spirits

Hi crafty friends!
I'm back on the Jaded Blossom blog today with my last post as the October guest designer.
A big thank you to Michelle and Candace for allowing me this opportunity!!
I have had so much fun!!

Today I decided to make a fun little gift to give to an adult, of course, using one of the sentiments from the Christmas Spirits stamp set that was released this month.

I used one of the Candy Cane Tubes and filled it with some alcohol filled chocolates along with some paper shred to help keep them in place. I cut out the tag using the Treat Tag Die and decorated it with a string of lights, cut from the Christmas Banner Dies (also released this month). I added some stickles to the lights for some sparkle. I stamped my sentiment from the Christmas Spirits stamp set and used the Label Shape Dies to cut it out. I popped everything up onto my tag with some foam tape. I added my tag to the Candy Cane Tube with some white tulle and voila!! Super easy project, easy to mass produce! I think these would be great for co-workers or secret Santa gifts!

Hi

Hi crafty friends!
I hope you are having a wonderful Monday!
Today I would like to share with you a cute card featuring the adorable stamp,

I started out with a A2 white card base, layered some patterned paper on top and a white scallop die cut on top of that. I cut some cloud patterned paper & added some green patterned paper on top to create my scene. I stamped out Rae - Enjoy Simple Pleasures, colored her in with my Copic's and paper pieced her dress, bow and pinwheel. I added her to my outdoor scene and finished off my card with a die cut word, some crochet thread and a few sequins. I think she is so cute!

Don't forget about the Theme Week Challenge #22 going on in the Stamp Anniething's Stampers Facebook Group! Still plenty of time to play along.

Too old to Trick or Treat

Hey crafty friends!
It's my day to take over the Jaded Blossom Blog as a guest designer for the month of October.
Woot woot!!
My kids are older and can't go Trick Or Treating anymore, which is sad cause I loved taking them when they were younger. I love sitting outside each Halloween night now though and handing out candy and seeing all the costumes. When I saw this fun greeting from the Halloween Poop 2 set, I knew it would be perfect to make some little treats for my kiddos.

I used the Scallop Caddy Die to create my box and added some fun patterned papers to it. I cut out that cute little Jack Skellington (a svg freebie from a 2014 blog hop) and added him to the front. I used the Label Shape dies to cut out a label for my sentiment to go onto and then tucked it a little behind Jack. I added some enamel dots and the front was pretty much done.

I added a fun little Jack O Lantern banner to the top back of my box using the Fall Banner Dies. I love those little faces!! I was able to fit 4 fun size candy bars and a box of Tic Tac's inside.

I have some exciting news!! I'm thrilled to say that I am a new DT member for SVG Cutting Files!! Woot!! Woot!!

Today I will be giving you a little peek of a new file that will be coming to the store this Friday called Pilgrim Kitty.

I used the Nugget Easel Drawer Box and added that adorable little Pilgrim Kitty. I used a stamp from Jaded Blossom for my greeting as well as a JB die to cut it out.

Inside the drawer, there are some little candies that I wrapped with patterned paper to match. Such a great little parting gift to give to your guests and it was so super duper easy to assemble!!

Jaded Blossom October Release & Hop

Hey Everyone!  Welcome to Jaded Blossom's October 2017 Release Blog Hop.
Now if you're here from Michelle's  blog, you're in the right place, if you're just passing through start at the beginning because you don't want to miss a thing.  I also have the complete line up at the bottom.

I made a couple of projects for today's hop. Here is a look at the first one:

I decided to make a little mini coffee caddy!! So cute right?? Look at that fun little Hipster Rudolf lol!
The Mini Coffee Cups Caddy Basket is from SVG Cutting Files and so easy to put together! Once I had it assembled, I decorated it with some fun plaid paper. I stamped out that sweet little reindeer from the Hipster Christmas stamp set and colored him in with my Copics. I heat embossed the sentiment, also from Hipster Christmas, with some red embossing powder. I curled the ends just a bit for some dimension and added it all to the front of my caddy.

I used the Bow Dies to create that pretty red bow.

Inside each cup, there is a coffee pod and some candy. I decorated the lid with the Candy Charms & Banners for the white scallop circle and the holly came from the Christmas Banner Dies. I used the Happy Brew Year stamp set for my coffee pod.

I think this came out so cute and will make such a great little gift to give to someone.

For my second project I decided to use the Peppermint Candy Die (Free with $40 purchase) and make a simple little treat bag.

This was so simple to put together! I used the Ric Rac Topper Die and decorated it with the Peppermint Candy Die and a stamp from the Noel stamp set. I attached it to the top of a Clear Purse. I added some nuvo drops & red and white tulle to the handle to finish it off.

And of course we have to have a deal for you right? This weekend only you can get the entire release package for $129.99

Jaded Blossom October Release Day 4

Hi crafty friends!!
Are you guys ready for a look at day 4 of the October release from Jaded Blossom??
Today there are 2 stamp sets being showcased. They are called:

I decided to make a card with the super pretty ornaments and sentiments that are in these sets.

I created my card base from some silver foil cardstock using the Scallop Rectangle Dies 2. I added a stitched layer in white from the Rectangle Dies 2 set and heat embossed my greeting from the Noel stamp set with some silver embossing powder. I stamped some of the ornaments from the Ornaments stamp set, colored them with my copics and then popped them up onto my card front with some foam tape. I used a silver gel pen to add a bit of sparkle the the ornaments and then finished them off with some silver bows I cut from the Bow Dies. I added a few clear sequins for a bit more sparkle and the card was done :) I love how pretty it turned out and those ornaments are so fun to color!!

Jaded Blossom October Release: Day 3

Hi everyone!
Are you excited for Day 3 of the Jaded Blossom October Release?
Today we are showcasing two stamp sets. They are:

&

Here's a look at what I made:

I used the Mistletoe Kisses stamp set and colored up that sweet mistletoe image with my copics. Once I had it all colored in, I fussy cut it out and applied some white Nuvo drops and set it aside to let it dry a bit. I cut out my box from a file from SVG Cutting Files, called Chunky Candy Tube Holder
I added my greeting to the front by stamping the greeting from Mistletoe Kisses in red ink and cutting it out using the Label Shape Dies. I cut out another label in red and layered in behind my greeting. I added a cute bow from the Bow Dies to the front and adhered my label to the front of my box.

I filled a 1x6" Clear Tube with some green and white candy and adhered my mistletoe with a glue dot to the front of the tube.

For the tube lid, I stamped a greeting from the Christmas Candies stamp set and layered it on top of a scallop circle from the Candy Charms & Banners Die set. I think this turned out so adorable! I have a feeling my hubby will be getting this one as he keeps eyeing the candy already haha!

Jaded Blossom October Release: Day 2

Hey crafty friends!!
Today is day 2 of the Jaded Blossom October Release Week!
I'm still on cloud nine to be a guest designer lol!!

Today two stamps sets are being showcased for you.

Both sets are fantastic but as soon as I saw this sentiment in the Bah Humbug 3 set, I knew what I wanted to do for my project.

I put some "coal" into one of the Gusset Bags along with some paper shred. To close my bag, I used the Ric Rac Topper Die and decorated it with some fun patterned paper from Doodlebug. I cut out my stocking from the Cricut and added it to the front of the topper. I cut out a banner from the Card Layer Dies 1 set and stamped that awesome sentiment from the Bah Humbug 3 stamp set onto it. I tucked it a little behind the stocking and gave it a little curl before attaching it to the topper. I finished off the bag with a bit of tulle on the handle. So cute!!!
