Thanksgiving Basket

Hi crafty friends!
Happy Thursday and Happy Halloween!!

Today I get to show you another project that uses those awesome
 Joy's Life Stamps.
This week the Joy's Life Design Team is showing you
Fall Decor Projects.

I decided to make a little pumpkin basket to put on my kitchen bar to hold some little treats.

Here in the U.S., it will be Thanksgiving before you know it so I figured I would get a jump start on some Thanksgiving decor. I cut my little basket out from a file I found at the Silhouette Online Store. I embossed my orange layers with my Divine Swirls embossing folder and then ran an ink pad over the top of the embossing to add some depth.

For the greeting on my basket, I used a sentiment from the

Pumpkin Box

Hi crafty friends!
Today I get to show you another project that uses that awesome
Rumple Ribbon from Lovebug Creations.

I am back with another little Halloween project :)

I have enjoyed making all these Halloween projects so much and am sad that tomorrow is Halloween.
Well, sad that my Halloween crafting is coming to a close for this year but not sad that the candy that is always staring at me will finally be out of my house lol!

For my Jack O Lantern box, I used a file from the Gimme Candy Boxes collection from SVGCuts.

I used some of that awesome
for the top of my pumpkin.

 I absolutely adore this ribbon!!

Trick or Treat!

Hi crafty friends!
Happy Tuesday!
Today I would like to share with you a fun little candy box made with the

I found a tutorial from a fellow SU! demo here, and decided to give it a go.

Here is the one I created:

and simply inked up a pencil eraser for the black polka dots.
I made a belly band out of some black cardstock and then stamped my greeting with the
Tags For You (item #131823) stamp set and then punched it out using the Label Bracket Punch (item #132153). I finished it off with some black tulle tied into bows on each end to hold the box closed.
I also added a few littel details using some Dazzling Diamonds Stampin' Glitter (item # 102023)

Here is a different view:

It was so easy to make and I love how it turned out!

Blingy Coffin

Hi crafty friends!
Happy Thursday!

Thanks so much for hopping along with us in the All About Fall Blog Hop.
I had random.org choose a winner from the comments and the winner is
#3 Kimberly who said:
This is just adorable!! Love that little acorn box! What a fun gift set :)
Congrats Kimberly!!
Please send me an email with your mailing addy so I can get that paper pad on it's way to you

This week the Joy's Life Design Team is showing you
projects that incorporate Bling in them.

I found a plain little wooden coffin box and that makes spooky sounds when the lid is opened, so I decided to alter it and make it pretty. Well, as pretty as a spooky coffin can get I suppose lol!

I simply inked the box with some black soot ink and then adhered some patterned paper.
Once my patterned paper was attached, I added some spider webs and a bat to the box.
I made a little rosette and added some bling to the front as well.

Here is a side view so you can see how deep it is:

For the Oct. 31, I used a stamp from the Halloween Puns Joy's Life stamp set:

Envelope Punch Board Gift Card Holder

Hi crafty friends!
Today I would like to share with you a little gift card holder that I made using the

For my gift card holder, I used the Envelope Punch Board as well as some of the new in color cardstock from Stampin' Up! I love how well the Pistachio Pudding, Strawberry Slush and Baked Brown Sugar all coordinate so well with each other. I stamped my coffee cup using the Perfect Blend Stamp set twice, once onto some Whisper White and then again onto some Pistachio Pudding. Then I cut out my lid and coffee sleeve out of the Pistachio Pudding cardstock and layered them onto my Whisper White coffee image. I added a small heart onto my coffee sleeve using the small heart punch. My "hello" came from the For You stamp set.
(All supplies and item numbers are listed below)

Here is a side view:
Not the best picture, but you get the idea. I wanted my gift card holder to be a little 3D.

Here is a view from the back:
I added a small glue dot to the flap so it would stay closed. I made sure that I touched it a couple of times so that it wasn't so super sticky. Now, it still has a little tack so that it can be opened and closed a few times.

Here's what I have created for this hop:

I decided to make three little treat containers to hand out with some candy on Halloween.

First up a witch's shoe and her cauldron:
For my witch shoe, I used a file from SVGCuts.com, from the Toil and Trouble Collection.
My cauldron is actually a pot of gold for St. Patty's day that I found in the Silhouette Online Store that I turned into a cauldron for Halloween. I used my drippy goo punch to add some spooky spillage seeping out and finished my cauldron with some delicious Purple People Eater Ribbon from Love Bug Creations.
The spider is actually a ring that I just snipped off the ring part and glued onto the front of my cauldron.

Next up is this fabulous little witches hat:

My witch hat came from the silhouette online store.
I added some purple sequins to the brim and also put a purple spider ring onto the hat.

The top of the hat comes off to reveal a place to put some goodies:

I hope you have enjoyed my projects!

Your next stop is the very talented Migdalia
