Hello crafty friends!!
I hope you are having a wonderful Wednesday!
Today I am back with another project that showcases some of those awesome
My card today shows a little sneak peek of a soon to be released stamp set called
I love the little kangaroo in this stamp set so much that I knew I had to use it right away! I made a really simple card by making a kraft A2 card base. I cut some striped patterned paper from the Take Flight 2 paper pad (another sneaky peek) to 4" x 5.25" and cut out a heart using my Cricut and some pretty polka dot paper from the Shades of Spring paper pad. I layered the heart on top of the striped patterned paper with a little bit of the edge hanging off. I trimmed off the overhang and then attached my patterned paper piece to my card base. I stamped out that sweet little kangaroo from the Koalaty Friend stamp set and colored her in with my Copic markers. I used the coordinating Koalaty Friend die to cut her out and popped her up onto my card with some foam tape. I added a strip of kraft cardstock with my greeting, also from the Koalaty Friend stamp set, underneath my kangaroo with some foam tape so that she had something to sit on :) I added a crochet thread bow to her and some glossy accents to her little nose. I finished off my card with some faux stitching and some sequins.
