Hi Everyone! Today's card was made for the Throwback Thursday challenge from
My Creative Time with Emma. The challenge was to make a card of your favorite holiday from the Wild Card Cricut Cartridge. I decided to make the Heart card, #36 in the book. I don't really know if Valentines Day is my favorite holiday, actually we don't really even celebrate it. When I started thinking of what to do for this challenge, all I could think about was every holiday I spend with my family is special to me. As a matter of fact, my family makes every day special so what better card to make than a love card. :) After 19 years of marriage, my husband and I still leave little love notes for each other around our home. I cut out this card and the frame at 4 3/4" and the icon was cut out at 2 1/2" and then I used some DMC thread to sew through the frame, popped it up with dimensionals and used some Glossy Accents on the little heart icon.

Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by! I really do appreciate it!
Supplies Used:
Cricut Expression
Cricut Wild Card cartridge
Stampin' Up! Dimensionals
DMC Red Thread
White Signo Gel Pen
Glossy Accents

Aww how sweet. I made this card too - and really like yours. I was going to "stich" the heart but couldn't find any thread I liked. Great job.
