Lights N' Splatter Hop

Welcome to the Lights N' Splatter Hop, a collaboration between Pear Blossom Press and Ink N' Splatter! Our designers are sharing the sweetest light-up cards today, all featuring stamps from Ink N' Splatter and lights from Pear Blossom Press. Be sure to hop along and comment as you go, for your chance to win a $25 gift voucher! Ready to be inspired? Let me show you my card…

I adore this Felicia Fab Girl stamp & I knew she would be perfect for this hop!
She just screams happy to me and what's happier than a fun interactive card right??
This was really easy to put together also. I started by creating a mini slimline card from some white cardstock and covering it with some checked patterned paper from the Pattern Crush 6x6 Paper Pad. I stamped my image onto a piece of white Hammermill cardstock and colored her in with my Copic markers. I die cut a few of the hearts out of my image panel using the Felicia Fab Girl Coordinating Dies and then stamped them onto a piece of vellum that I adhered behind the cut outs. I stamped my greeting and then started assembling my EZ-Light. This was so super simple to do! All the work is pretty much done for you when it comes to the lights! They really are EZ-lights! I simply placed the push button where I wanted it, lined up my lights to my vellum windows and secured with a bit of scotch tape. Once I had everything where I wanted it, including my crochet thread/bow,  I added some  double thick foam tape and adhered my image panel onto a yellow scalloped rectangle. I stamped my "Push Here" onto a small piece of the checked patterned paper and adhered that just below my thread. I added a couple more hearts as well as some yellow stickles to all of the hearts before completing my card with some light blue sequins and white Nuvo drops. Super cute!

How fun right??
I have so many ideas running around in my head for more projects that include these easy to use lights!
