Love Spring Time

Hi crafty friends!

I hope your day is going splendidly so far! 

 Today I'm popping in to share a card that I made for the new challenge that started over at the
 All Dressed Up Challenge Blog. 
They are always anything goes as long as you use a All Dressed Up image.

I am so ready for Spring so a Springtime themed card was just what I needed to make lol!

I printed out the Love Spring Time image and colored it in with my Copic markers. Once I had it colored, I used a Stitched Frame die to cut it out. I trimmed off a portion of the bottom and adhered it to some patterned paper. I die cut a scallop border & placed that below my image. I wrapped some thread around & tied a bow before popping my panel up with foam tape onto my card base. I printed out the image again so that I could fussy cut out one of the butterflies and pop it up with some foam tape for a little extra dimension. I completed my card with some white polka dots on her bow.

I love card sketches and especially theirs!

Here is a look at the sketch that went live today:

For my card, I decided to use both the inspiration as well as the sketch!

I followed the sketch layout using some patterned papers from Doodlebug. I stamped my image onto some Copic friendly cardstock and did some simple Copic coloring before popping it up with foam tape onto my card front. I finished my card by adding a few enamel dots in the upper left corner and a little bow by the kitty's ear.

For my card, I was given the image Beatrix Love Witch to work with.

Here is a look at what I created:

 I started my card by creating an A2 top folding card base from some white cardstock and layering some script patterned paper on top. I die cut some rose patterned paper at an angle and added that, along with a white stitched oval, to my card front. I printed out the Beatrix Love Witch and colored her with my Copic markers and cut her out using my Scan N Cut. I popped her up onto my card and added a computer generated sentiment under her with more foam tape. I completed my card by adding a few pearls in opposite corners.

Will You Be My Valentine?

Halfway to the weekend!! Woot Woot!!

Today I have a super adorable Valentine card to share with you that I created using an image from 

Pink Gem Designs.

I just adore the little gnomes from Pink Gem Designs! Doesn't he look like he is getting ready to ask someone to be his Valentine? So incredibly cute!!

 I created my card front by adhering some patterned papers to a scrap piece of cardstock & rounding the edges. I added my sentiment onto a piece of white cardstock, punched a heart border and added it to my patterned paper. I tied some thread off with a bow and popped up my panel with foam tape onto my A2 top folding cardbase. I printed out my Valentine Gnome onto a piece of white Hammermill paper, colored him in with my Copic markers and used my Scan N Cut to cut him out. I popped him up onto my card with more foam tape and added some enamel dots to complete my card. 💗

For my card, I was given the image Life Is Sweeter to work with.

Here is a look at what I created:

This was so simple to make!

I started by creating a square shaped card and layering a piece of striped patterned paper on top. I printed out my Life Is Sweeter image and colored it in with my Copic markers before fussy cutting it out. I popped it up onto my card front with some foam tape and tucked the greeting (computer generated) slightly underneath. I die cut two frames, a pink one and a white scallop one, and added them to my card. I completed my card with a little die cut bow and some sequins.
